Staff needs to be trained on autistic children & their possible family needs. The only positive point in the stay was the “Great Wolf Lodge Wolf” took the time to share a moment with my autistic daughter and that was nice.

They should have floors for adults only. Since this resort is kid friendly, I could never take one day to relax. The kids ran up and down the hallway every night! My television was broken for almost two days!!! Now I'm fighting for my incidental deposit to be returned to my account!!!!

One of the stuff was to pushy. Wanted me to pay a trip and sell me something I didn’t want. Got mad and didn’t even take the family pictures

Everything was good kids loved it just make sure the Hilton people trying to sell you package don’t waste your time they gave us the Wolf ears and promise a free picture but when we said not to buy whatever package they have she just walked away and got annoyed her name was patty by the way

There are cockroaches in the swim area. It’s incredibly jampacked with people. There was throw up and poop in the pool. The staff was irritable and unhappy at the front desk. We had my daughter‘s clothes, stolen off the seat. This place has gone so downhill. Years ago it was a classy fun place to go. Sadly, it’s become an overpriced and over occupied mess.

The room was enjoyable. The only confusion was with the parking I feel like there should be a little more explanation before we arrive how the parking situation worked. The attendant did try to explain but there was a line behind us in the entrance of the parking lot and we were confused.

Check in was a long wait. They have express check in only if you book through Hilton. Overall kids loved it and it was fun.
