Harbor Motel

The customer service was not there when I arrived. I called them, they told me dumb guy. NO RESPECT!!! ALL

I liked that it had an ac unit. The bathroom smelled when we got there as if someone just used it, it also had a mold smell to it and the door war very hard to open/close since it was basically coming off the hinge. Overall the bathroom needs an upgrade and better ventilation in there.

It was tidy and a good area. Nothing

Saw some hairs on the towels and in the bathtub. There was no internet connection through the hotel wifi.

It’s quiet I know where I be - nothing to dislike

Nope

Comfortable bed. Very clean room and bath. Modern upgrades. Nice secluded location. Close to everything we needed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. TV could use better channel selections. It's mostly sports. Coffee maker would be nice.

Comfortable bed !! Quiet ,clean

I thought it was PAID FOR ? They demanded CASH for payment AND DEPOSIT.

The manager didn't have my room ready when I arrived at 6:30 pm on the day. He also gave a room key card that again the room wasn't ready. I felt bad for the cleaning lady who wasn't notified of which room was ready. No swimming pool and unoperable coffee maker. WIFI Signal weak. Poor communication, and the manager needs to know what room is ready. I was late to attend my event.

While still a bit expensive, this is the best value of any hotel near Disneyland- clean, accessible.

The staff is always very nice. They upgraded us to a king bed for free. The value for the price is about as good as it gets. Great option if you consider yourself low-maintenance when traveling. And parking is free! We've noticed that sometimes the appliances can be a bit noisy (Window AC Unit, Toilet, etc.). Other than that, the Harbor Motel usually gets the job done.

the 2 owners in office were nice enough to move me to another room promptly after toilet was not working at all in room 8 The maintenance cleaning lady was a little rude but ehh she is old so that in a way is expected tbh

This is the second time I stayed here. I was on a vacation with my wife and i didn't have a second choice of where I wanted to stay. We had no problems.

Easy to find and was very clean

The location is really good. It is only a few minutes from Disneyland. The checking in experience is good. The ice machine is very close to the room (Room 1). The machine makes a loud noise when it is used. I was woken up by the ice machine after midnight. (Probably by people returning from Disneyland after 12am.)

Nothing it was a great place.

I had to wipe off the counters, they were not cleaned. There was a lot of outside noise that bled into the room, it was very loud.
