I tried to cancel this booking because the area was unsafe and the property was not well maintained and filthy.

I tried to file a complaint with you and no one ever followed through. I had an incident on Thursday night that the staff did not handle well. I was very upset. On Fridays same Manager was talking about me to others in the lobby. Not acceptable. I believe I should be refunded for 1 or 2 of the nights. It was very bad. When I called their customer service I was told I had to file with Expedia and get a case number. No one ever followed through. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

I’d say the only positives of this place were that it’s close to nearby restaurants and its pet friendly. I requested early check in and got there around 2pm. The first room I was given had a massive toilet leak. The receptionist then gave me a second set of keys and told me to “try that room”. Lo and behold that toilet didnt flush. So then she gave me a THIRD set of keys. As we were walking to the elevator (which was already sketchy) there was literally an individual wearing a hospital gown roaming the hallways as well as an ambulance out front. Now I’m not sure they this motel serves as housing for some people but none of that was disclosed upon booking the room. We noticed at minimum 2 vehicles being worked on over the course of the 3 nights we were there. There was no turn down service so housekeeping never once came to empty our trash. It seems as though the culture here is to throw you full trash bag outside the door. Which is also upsetting. Not exactly how I wanted to open my room door. And as I guessed it the elevator ended up “out of order”. Honestly this is probably by far the worst booking we have made on booking.com.

No pool no hot tub no breakfast nothing you coukd walk to

It was quiet. If you are gonna raise prices and suddenly charge for parking and charge for anything u can think of then u better have an immaculate property. These are old rooms that smell like smoke! U better let them know when u walk in. They will charge u. OVERPRICED LIKE EVERYTHING and for no reason. In fact many reasons this should be way cheaper! U crap on your customer enough times and u will have none!

Stayed here a few times

The welcoming hotel team is super attentive and I’m so happy I booked my stay here. The stairs need extra attention and protection from littering guests. Will definitely stay here next time I need to get away to The OC. My room was spacious and clean. Also the coffee at the gas station is top notch, no doubt.

My family and I first booked one week here but liked all the amenities for an extended stay that we decided to book for another full week. The rooms are clean, and almost identical to the pictures online!! Thank you Sonesta for making our extended stay here so smooth and easy going!!

I was staying 8 nights at the hotel and our room smelled like cigarettes or smoke, which was weird because it was no smoking floor. Today was check out and i called front desk for late check out and they called me at 11:00 to check out already. That was very rude, so i had to rush to bring down my stuff.

There was a lil issue with the a/c not working in my room but the front desk made it right. In no time, I was in a room with cold a/c and sleeping well.

Location was,great! I liked that there was one bedroom and places to eat, shop nearby. No breakfast, had to pay for parking . Homeless people hung around.

I like everything but one I don’t like because I don’t have free parking $7 for days

The hotel is nice for a lengthy stay. I stayed for a week and it was great. The area is really nice, close to a good amount of business. The room was a perfect size and equipped with the kitchenette made things better. Staff is super friendly & the cleanliness of the room is great as well.

Restricting the smoking inside the hotel. They let people smoke marijuana inside the hotel smell horrible

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very understanding to our situation and were very accommodating. The hotel could definitely use some updating. We stayed here years ago when it was under another name and it still looks exactly the same.
