Unfortunately I was forced to stay there. If I had my choice I would not have stayed here. The place was undergoing construction. Between the dust and materials everywhere. There was constant noise. Then the stove didnt work, so I had to move to another room. Then I realized that night that the laundry room was underneath me. Staff is nice, but it was not worth what I paid for. Hell they dont even include breakfast.

Mold in just about every corner of the bathroom !

Nice and clean. Smelled a little bit but I believe that was due to construction.

I don't want a credit the from I found was no through you and cheaper. Your rooms were the ones that were charging more! The cost wasn't the issue anyways it was the fact that the room I paid for was canceled on me by the hotel you booked it through for no reason before I even arrived! And I was never notified. I found out after driving 4.5 hrs to the hotel to check in. And was told they canceled it due to the fact booing.com didn't provide my CC info when they made the reservation….. None of which was my fault, you had my info in order to place the reservation on the site. Also I won't be using a credit for this site, I'll never book through you again. I'm a single mother with a daughter I was traveling with and you left us stranded and the “help” that was proved was not helpful. Won't take a risk like that again. Sent from Danielle Sutherland

Location and staff They did not let me know that they'd be remodeling and ripping up the carpets in the hallways on the floor I was staying in sanding sheetrock mud so it's dusty every morning when we walked out to the hallway I can understand remodeling your hotel but you should shut down one floor and do one floor at a time so it doesn't disturb your guest just a thought
