I liked how it was close to the amusement park It wasn’t really clean, elevators were broken. Felt honestly uncomfortable in the room. The sinks in the bathroom and kitchen was leaking. Only provided one roll of toilet paper. We had to bring down our towels from room. Also I had to switch my room because the first room had stains on the wall, the shelves were dirty , refrigerator was dirty and there was a hole in the curtains

The location was okay if you are constantly driving on the freeway. The bed need to be replaced. Although when I was there I saw they were replacing some beds in some rooms. I wished I could have been placed in a room w a new bed given that I stayed for 5 nights. The hallway were not clean, I see trash and dirty linens along the hallway. The laundry area also leaked the week i was there. The walls are so thin you can hear the people next room and the floors as well were thin I can hear the people walking in the upper room. Regardless of the price, cleanliness should never be compromised. As for the thin floors and walls, when I did complaint to the front desk, they did send somebody up to tell the guests to keep the noise down. But still, this is not the quality I was expecting at sonesta when I booked it given the review was good. Its hard now to trust the reviews you read online. I eventually moved to another hotel

Our room itself was very clean, but unfortunately our bathroom was disgusting. It had hair from previous users and towels that weren’t so clean. The water pressure of the shower is like washing your hands with a sink. Not to mention the water will be at the temperature you want it and than all of a sudden you being hit with extremely hot water. Safe were extremely nice and very helpful. The property had some questionable things go on but never affected me or my family.

Lingering marijuana smell in hallways. Carpets in hallways were bleach stained. Elevator “down” button was broken. Rear trash bins were not emptied entire weekend and overflowing in back of building and stairways. I wouldn’t quite rate it a 7. Ok.

I got so ill from staying there. Deathly sick. The room was not as described. I paid $300 for 2 nights and I would have been right to stay at a motel. My car was damaged, faded and not to have to mention I was charged parking!

The location was close to everything and was safe and has no smoking It was not clean and the staff was rude and changed the policy after we came and the kitchen equipment wasn’t working (stove, dishwasher, and coffee machine) and there is only 1 AC

Location Everything this is the worst stay I’ve ever booked in my entirety of adult hood never have I ever seen a more lazy staff , my room came with no toilet paper and when i decided to use number 2 I called the front desk to to bring me some and the lady rudely told me to come down to the 1st floor and come get some while I was on the top floor . So I had to with feces un-wiped go down there and grab it and when I communicated my feelings on it she shrugged and said “I wouldn’t hhave used the restroom without making sure there’s toilet paper first “ . On top of that when I tried to cancel my stay they blamed booking .com and denied my request to leave because “the company “ wouldn’t want them to eve the manager told me this . Worst stay ever never again

I tried to cancel this booking because the area was unsafe and the property was not well maintained and filthy.

I tried to file a complaint with you and no one ever followed through. I had an incident on Thursday night that the staff did not handle well. I was very upset. On Fridays same Manager was talking about me to others in the lobby. Not acceptable. I believe I should be refunded for 1 or 2 of the nights. It was very bad. When I called their customer service I was told I had to file with Expedia and get a case number. No one ever followed through. Very disappointed and dissatisfied
