Rooms were clean had to pay 5 dollars for parking in an open lot, paid for water bottles, and offered no coffee in room, you had to pay for that as well. Kind of crappy for the price I paid for the room.

Great customer service!

Room had a bit of a sewer smell when we first walked into our room but it went away after about 30 minutes of us being there. Breakfast was awesome just no waffle maker but they did have a pancake maker. Only unfortunate thing is they charge for parking as well. I think $5 per night it seems as though most hotels charge for parking now. Over all stay was everything we needed for our trip.

Our state was nice location was good if ever to come to Anaheim again it would definitely be a place to stay The staff even though they are young very attentive to your knees thanks staff

Slow elevator

No pedí limpieza en mi cuarto por qué no estuve en todo el día y no dejé sucio .!! El personal es amable ., el desayuno es simple pero está bien .!! En los baños si se necesita hacer más detalles .!!

Due to our disappointing experience, we decided to cancel our second night. However, the hotel still informed the third-party booking company that we had stayed for two nights and refused to issue a refund for the night we canceled. On top of everything else, they charge for parking, which was not advertised when we made our reservation. More unexpected charges and absolutely no consideration for their guests. Between the poor room conditions, misleading information, hidden parking fees, and terrible customer service, this hotel was a complete disappointment. Management showed no willingness to resolve our concerns or make things right. I would not recommend staying here. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere that actually values its guests.

Staff was nice! Pool and hot tub were great as well It was OKAY not amazing. The walls are sooo thin we could hear absolutely EVERYTHING through them. People screaming outside in the halls in the early morning to people making noise late at night. We tried calling the front and no one answered. Sheets had a weird looking blood like stain. We just asked for different sheets. Breakfast was alright. Was it amazing no but it was ok to stay at. Plus the room had like a muggy smell that would not go away.
