Legacy inn & suites

Great location and close to the convention center, as i was in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament The room was dirty; pubes on the sheets!! The toilet was filthy and still had feces on it from the prior guests. In the bathroom, there was a pile of hair by the toilet as if somebody had swept them together but never picked them up. When I walked out to my truck, there was a bum sleeping on the stairs

No hotel water. Warm water, but I like to shower in hot.

Room was correctly equipped and internet was decent Upon check-in and pay, I requested a invoice from them. The person who was checking me in told me that I could get all the info through my booking provider, and did not answer me in a very friendly way. I asked again by message through booking.com, explaining why I would need an invoice from and I got the same passive aggressive answer. They provided no explanation why they couldn't. To top it all off, no one ever come to clean the room in 4 days, and the room gives no guidance on basic stuff like how to use wifi, how to check out, what to expect in terms of cleaning, etc. You have to ask it all to the same rude manager. It made the stay very unpleasant!

Convenient, they helped me out get the hotel with our business account, kind and easy. They did not receive an amazon order that I need while I was at the expo and also they do not have conditioner and no early check in avialable.

The room was spacious, clean and fairly modern. Check-in was simple and they gave a room on the 2nd floor, as I had requested. There were ample pillows and were very comfortable. The internet worked well. The surrounding area seemed fine and wasn't too far from the freeway. The soap dispensers leak a bit.

Nothing at all. The Indian couple who worked in the office lied to me that no room was available. After that an Indian couple walked in and asked for a room and they were given a room. That is bloody prejudice.

Nothing The room was disgusting and there was no housekeeping so I had to change rooms at 8pm with all my stuff and the staff was rude and dismissive. They refused to give me any kind of partial refund for my huge inconvenience. Absolutely horrible experience all around.

Nice staff, big room. Had hair dryer, microwave and fridge. Not the cleanest, bed wasn’t that comfortable. Walking distance to Disney is far.

simple straight forward check in check out. Could tell a lot of work has gone into keeping the place clean. Area was well kept and tenants were quite and polite. Area was close to useful locations. Traffic in area was light and the streets were organized driver wise. Toilet problem. clogged down the pipe a ways and when others upstairs somewhere was trying to plunge their toilet flooded into bathroom. 5 am on Sunday. Cleaned and dried it up myself. Maintenance was not available.

The water pressure in that particular room was horrible. The first time we stayed the shower was great in another room but it was manageable
