Room and bathroom was a LOT bigger than expected so we were very happy. And check in was very easy even though we were quite late on the day. Staff very nice and available The facilities are quite old, shower head/pillows kinda wonky

Location and good parking. The room was quiet. And the TV sorta worked. The room was shabby. The "accessible" room for which I booked, was a good hike from the registration and parking. The threatening declaration that although I booked and paid through Booking, that they were putting a very hefty credit card hold. The coffee maker didn't work.

The hotel was clean enough to sleep in. Nothing fancy. Reasonably priced and clean.

They could also use a fresh coat of paint and a good scrubbing. The area under the bathroom sink was very dirty. The location is good but in desperate need of a simple refresh. If you need a place to sleep, it does serve its purpose. If you want to relax and enjoy the room, this may not be what you are looking for.

Location Is not the first time we stayed in this hotel,the price and location is good the only thing we don’t like this time we can see in the property homeless people and people smoking weed in the property I hope the management do something about it if not they going to end like many hotels safety of the guest and also the employees have to be the highest priority

Ok all around, quite,clean.

Loved the room. Shopping and restaurants are walking distance. I will the coffee service in the office had no creamer.
