Clean rooms with plenty of space, close to the airport.

Everything is good 👍

Great staff and room was clean.
-
Nice place for my 9 night stay. Second time at this location. Staff is great. Be aware they have some degree of usable kitchen dishes and pots, but you have to ask. Planet Fitness nearby if you need a gym Location not great but

It wasn't in the best area, but it still felt safe with key only entrances from the outside, even the lobby. The room was spacious and had the full kitchen set up.
-
Was very easy in and out. plane spotting was kind of fun from the parking lot. I would stay here again

Toilet ran all night, tv needs to replaced, Wifi was nonexistent. Bed was very hard. Now cutlery or dishes of any kind in the room, which made the kitchenette useless. Window curtains were broke and wouldn’t close all the way. Hotel and rooms need updating.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. It was in a good location for our needs. The shower was only a little warmer than lukewarm. The "closet" is only tall enough to hang shirts/tops, and pants. Long skirts and dresses don't fit and get wrinkled.

The location was great; it was away from the noise of downtown. The room was very clean. I can't think of anything unlikable about this hotel.
-
Much cleaner and nicer than most of the other hotels around for under $300. Even though it is close to a small airport if was quiet enough to sleep well. Plus you can watch planes land from the parking lot. (Small planes) I would stay again.
-
For $200/night (they Expedia - much higher otherwise), an actual lobby with at least coffee available would have been nice. I (now) understand it's an extended stay place, but even then they could have a few amenities.

Well first off when I checked in and went to the room with my family (with a newborn) it had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Assuming it was just due to the room being somewhat close to the smoking area and the window was open that was to explain it. So we closed the window fell asleep the next morning we went off to explore Anchorage. When we came back the room reeked of that same scent but it was extremely stronger.. We then explained to the front desk that the room had a strong scent of cigarette smoke and they tried to pull the excuse that the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. Once I explained why it was urgent that I switched room (my newborn) the worker miraculously found a vacant room. Not only that! When moving all of our stuff to the new room we found that the whole area under the bathroom sink was filled with BLACK MOLD. If you care about your family’s health do not stay here. Absolutely disgusting “suite”

Well, at about 1 AM I get a guy trying to get into my room. I shoo him away. A few minutes later, a security guard comes up. Wakes me up again. I give him my name, and thought I don't get another knock at the door, I can't sleep the rest of the night. I was hoping at a minimum there would haver been an apology. Nothing. No follow-up on this experience whatsoever. You would think the organizational culture would have hinted that someone should have at least acknowledged the mistake. I have stayed at this brand's chain without a problem previously. But, wow. I don't get it. You check in two people to the same room, bother both parties and nothing?

Nice place

We were called by the staff stating they had over booked the hotel and asked if we would be willing to stay at a sister hotel. We said yes. When we arrived at the sister hotel we were told they did not have a reservation for us. Had to call the Aspen again to get it figured out and the problem was that the sister hotel had our name spelled wrong so we did have a reservation. We traveled all the way from Kansas on a Harley Davidson to Anchorage AK and to get a call the day you are arriving that the hotel over booked and we would like you to stay somewhere else is discouraging at least they could have given us a discount. As far as rating the hotel I cannot because we didn't stay there.

The hotel was ok. A reasonably clean space to sleep overnight.

I wish I could come up with something. I’ve stayed with this chain in Rochester MN and it was a lovely place. I really can’t express my disappointment with the set up of this location. There are no services, no lobby, no breakfast service, nada… Almost everything except the people who worked there.

The service by staff was good. They were pleasant and helpful. The lack of kitchen facilities in the studio.
