The shuttle was very useful. Staff were so friendly and helpful

We needed a place to spend one night that wasn't over $300 during tourist season so this was great. They had comfortable beds and a great breakfast with scambled eggs, hashbrowns & sausage. They also had toast & cold cereal & milk as an option. It is an older motel but met our needs nicely.

The staff was great, very eager to please. But the location was a little rundown, and the rooms were kind of dingy. Decent enough for a budget option, but nothing special.

A run down property

Not a modern hotel, but I like supporting the local families. We felt safe and it was quiet. The shuttle was always accessible, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and breakfast was better than average (with eggs, sausage, muffins, toast and jelly). The downside to breakfast was eating on a folding table or couch in the small lobby. I would not have a problem staying here again.

Freezers for our catch. Great! Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms clean but could use some updating. Try for rooms away from main road. Noisy. Window locks were broken, ground level room. That was not comfortable for leaving things or sleeping. Chinese restaurant next door, excellent food.

This is an old motel, but the room was clean and had everything I needed, the staff was friendly and a free shuttle was very helpful.

Free shuttle to downtown and airport is very helpful.

Decent overnight stay and helpful airport pickup even though it involved quite a good wait time

Airport shuttle was good with friendly drivers. Breakfast was mediocre. Bathroom had dirty grout and floors and the bed was not comfortable.

For the price and 24 hour shuttle service I gave the 2 stars. Room conditions, cleanliness, and mattress condition I would give 0 stars. It was a very rough start to our vacation. Luckily we were only there for one night. If I go back to Anchorage I will pay more to have a clean room closer to downtown area.

It is an affordable place to stay, nothing fancy but it met our needs.

check inn w holly was easy and pleasant..older hotel but clean rooms,bed clean and comfy bathroom abit tight and could use a safety bar in the shower..but served the purpose. NEVER a fan of carpet in a hotel my only complaint. cooked breakfast daily eggs sausage hash browns along with cereal muffins toast and fresh coffee.sketchy neighborhood but as single female travelers..NO ISSUES...the free shuttle was SO USEUL and anthony was great..we did but a city bus pass and the stop was literally right around the corner.met the whole family and did a day trip with Shar.hollys mom i will say the whole staff..with the exception of one night time person...was friendly helpful and kind..the whole staff actually made us feel like part of their family...this hotel is small..39 rooms. but was great for our needs. if your looking for luxury.dont book here..if our looking for a clean..friendly..older facility that is helpful with your needs...give this place a thought..woul i stay here again..ABSOLUTELY...no frills.they id have ice ;-)..questionable neighborhood..maybe but again we NEVER felt unsafe..THANK YOU FAMILY FOR A GREAT STAY

But sadly property was not so good. But it is what it is.

Very convenient location and close to Alaska Railway. Free shuttle pick up from the airport and to the Rail the next day is a plus! Staff very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is decent

The only plus for this Inn is free airport shuttle service

The breakfast was poor. The shuttle service was positive but reeked of cigarette smoke. Don’t stay here.
