The room is probably the dirtiest room I have ever staid in, stained dirty looking carpet, dirt on top of the AC, rusted shower curtain rod, and much more. But everyone was helpful and friendly, and the shuttle service and breakfast were nice.

Close to downtown. Convenient location. Not really a good neighborhood. The facility is very outdated.

Very convenient to the local airport. Property was updated, as much as it could be and clean. It is an older property, but location to the airport has to be its greatest asset.

The room was large and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient and looks like the shuttle took people also to various spots in town, friendly driver

The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The carpet did have some stains. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle. The driver was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was decent.

This is a basic no frills hotel. The price is very reasonable for Alaska. That said, the bathroom was immaculate and the room itself was good. There’s a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. It was quiet. They offer complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. We were picked up promptly at the airport even though it was 10pm. It was bright as noon and he pointed out a very vivid rainbow going straight up! The driver is the hotel manager. He also drove us back to the airport the next day to get our rental car and was very helpful and friendly. We have stayed there before and would stay there again.
