I chose this location for the price. All Anchorage hotels are very very expensive, and so was this one, but it was the best choice based on location and reviews. It was nice that they had free hot breakfast. The rooms were large, and clean. Nothing glamorous, but it was fine for an overnight stay before a cruise

Plenty of room in the suite No gym Poor choice for breakfast Paper plates at breakfast and plastic cutlery No change of towels till 4 days. Overpriced for what it was 2 stars only not 4

Dirty, elevator not working, water leak on bathroom tub faucet, pooled on floor, had leaked long enough there was a hole in the wall next to tub. No staff offered to help bring luggage down the stairs, even with elevator not working.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable There was no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. There was a coffee machine, but the cups were paper. We had complimentary breakfast, served on paper plates and plastic cutlery! And paper cups. Shocking.

Pizza delivery The sofa bed was unusable (poor mattress,poking springs,weak legs and no bedding) so I paid for a double room but ended up with only one usable bed.
