This is a good, affordable hotel in Anchorage Alaska. The hotel rooms are a good size, clean and very comfortable. There are not a bunch of extra amenities but all of the basic ones that you need are provided. There is a pool that I didn't use but that is a nice feature. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

Smelled like cigarettes Drain cover was not attached. My foot fell into the large hole. Toilet didn't flush. Went to front desk twice to get it fixed. Never worked. This required us to use public toilet in lobby. Lobby is old and shabby.

Really just an average hotel. Not what we expected from a Crown Plaza. Nothing in walking distance around the hotel. Breakfast buffet was Confirm Inn quality.

Staff were efficient and friendly Room was very dated and tired and the air conditioning was very noisy and inefficient. For the price was poor quality.

People Getting old and noise from above floor

Dated rooms. Bed lumpy in Room 402. Not enough light. In 325 (on July 13th), no bath gel or hand soap - instead two lotions in the sink dispensers and two shampoos + conditioner in bathtub dispensers. Rooms didn't have light working bathroom (mirror).
