Motel 6 Anchorage, AK - Midtown

Could use kleenex and a hair dryer in the rooms. Other than 4hat a lovely stay 😊

Just needed a place to sleep. The other renters, not so much. Had to keep asking the front desk to tell inform others to stop making noises.

Low price for Anchorage in summer but definitely the absolute bare minimum of a decent bathroom and bed with hopefully (???) clean sheets....

We would have liked coffee to be made in our room. I’ve never stayed in a place where you couldn’t make your own coffee.

Very clean and pretty well maintained property. The location is quite convenient to the airport and places we wanted to go.

They couldn't find our paid reservation and we had to wait for them to research it. They had been having problems with 3rd party booking reservations but eventually made it right. Besides that the staff were very friendly and offered freezer space for the fish we were taking home.

Check in process was horrible When the lady ask me if i needed help, I said im here to check in, She said well that is going to have to wait and walked off But we did get checked in about 30 minutes later ...

Sweet and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.

Rooms were very clean, good location not far from airport

Room was relatively clean but the property is rundown. The parking lot was dirty. I’d give it a 3 out of 10 stars

Great staff clean very comfortable beds . Great for a night stay heading to Denali or just touring Anchorage.

I liked they had a shuttle to and from the airport

Unfortunately the property never communicated through the Expedia app/ message property chat.

Black mold, dirty towels, broken beds. Checked in and left after 5 mins.

Easy parking and close to great pizza

Staff was very helpful at the front desk and also the airport shuttle was exceptional. The room was very loud near reception and there were no toiletries provided for shampoo/conditioner/soap. Breakfast at nearby Mariott recommended was good at $22pp and within walking distance.

The staff at Motel 6 were so nice and helpful, they make this review 5 stars. It is a Motel 6 so the hotel is not fancy, but the rooms were clean and the bed very comfy. The free coffee in the morning was nice, but dang it rates about Army grade coffee, pretty bad, although we did partake at 0600 as we needed something for a kickstart! Shuttle to the airport was also a very nice perk and the shuttle was on time, we reserved it the day before checkout, it was there on time and had us to the airport in a jiffy.

The motel was a standard based hotel. The room was clean and had typical amenities. The hotel lacks an onsite breakfast or restaurant. You are redirected to another nearby hotel for breakfast. We drove to a Cafe a few blocks away. There is not much to do in area of hotel location. You must drive elsewhere.
