Nice hotel that met all our needs for our trip. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is excellent for families with children; the rooms are spacious and feature air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions. The service is outstanding, and the location is convenient. Highly recommended.

Overall good stay, good breakfast and clean rooms

The room itself was set up nicely and it was nice to have a full sized fridge and a dishwasher and full-sized microwave. The doors were SUPER heavy to move though - especially the pocket doors for the bathroom. There were both feather and foam pillows which was nice, but I really needed a firmer pillow. We needed 3 each to create the firmness of a regular pillow, so it would be great to have another option. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed for maintenance so we didn't get to use it during our stay. The pool area and weight room looked very clean though. Also, only one elevator seemed to be working (or available to guests) and that created long wait times, especially on the weekend. Even with these suggested improvements, our stay was perfect for our family and the location made it easy for us to walk to restaurants. Places in town where we needed to go were close and quick drives if we couldn't walk.

Convenient location in hotel row. Breakfast was a mess. There was a water leak and the clueless staff decided to put the toasters and bread right under the dripping water, rather than setting it up on a separate table. Didn’t get the value we had paid for

My check in wasn’t the friendliest encounter but the morning crew was very friendly and helpful. The pool was disappointing and dirty… my freezer had left over food in it as well.. convenient location great morning staff… Great breakfast selection..

Staff was.great. breakfast was good. Be prepared for traffic noise on the early mornings.

Everything was great! The pocket doors for the bathroom were difficult to close and did not close completely as they don’t align to the wall. Did not like having the lack of privacy in the bathroom.

Breakfast was great multiple choices. The atmosphere really nice very respectful staff Nothing everything was amazing and comfortable.

This is an ideal property for a traveling family. My kids loved the pool area! The property was clean and organized. Parking was easy. The breakfast offerings are simple but my kids loved the waffle makers.

Tyler, acting manager for our stay, absolutely great! He helped us navigate some things that we were not sure about. The best breakfast buffet ever! The ladies worked very hard to keep everything stocked. Clean room, clean lobby, great choices at the little pantry that is in the front lobby. We come to Home2byHilton every time we make a drive into Anchorage.

Very good hotel, good breakfast.

The Expedia picture did not match the hotel room I thought I had paid for. The hotel may have been oversold. The pool was overcrowded with rowdy families and the water was cold. The front desk night clerk was stern and did not give out good, clear info.

Bacon looks microwaved and crumbles when you pick it up. . Biscuits very dry. Sausage patties look as if they were steamed or boiled in water. Everything else was ok.
