Bad experience

Staff was helpful. Don't depend on the shuttle to and from airport as it works for other hotels and you have to keep Uber as back up

The hotel fit our purpose close to airport for very early flight the next morning. We had a suite with two bedrooms which worked well ss i was traveling with my sister. Having two bsthrooms was a bonus. The only annoying thing is it seems to be a long skinnny building and so our room was on a long never ending hall the viee of which reminded me of thr shininhg.

We had a two-bedroom suite but were only there for one night. The staff was very friendly. There was even a Manager's event with free soup, salad, cookies, and beverages on the Wednesday evening we were there. I would definitely stay there again.

We just stayed overnight before heading to Homer. Slept great and left before breakfast. We were happy with the airport shuttle.

Bed was the worstever

Clean, good breakfast selection, quiet, comfortable. Amazing that they provide free shuttle not only to the airport, but to a heart of the downtown and back. Very convenient Located somewhat further than ideal from downtown, but the free shuttle to downtown makes up for that

The front desk was friendly, and the room was clean. I was only checked in for a few hours to get some sleep before a flight. The room thermostat didn’t work and there was no ventilation. No shampoo in the shower (hard to rectify that once you’re in). The windows were dirty. And the shuttle driver dropped us at Alueutian rather than American Airlines that we asked for (opposite end of the airport). Not worth the $500 I paid for the room.

Front desk person (Abby I think ) was rude when I asked a couple questions. Didn’t feel like she wanted to be bothered with tourist questions. The airport shuttle is shared so be prepared to wait and the room was overpriced for the lack of cleanliness. Wouldn’t stay again.

Customer service outstanding. Breakfast tacos were delicious. Indoor pool was great for the kids. Everything clean. Room for six though was not set up with towels for more than 3, but we worked with it. Very clean everywhere.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Unfortunately the Hot tub was broke down every day we were there even after maintenance had supposedly fixed it. This was one of the main reasons I had booked this hotel.

As far as food goes there was not one keto/low-carb/high-protein item to be found, so we got our coffee and left. Coffee was good.

Beddings and pillows looked old and uncleaned and unchanged. Greasy cabinet surfaces. Airconditioning is super loud and noisy.
