Everything was ok

The entire experience was amazing at this hotel. Clean room, friendly staff.

Front desk staff insisted that my reservation was for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds, even though I showed her the confirmation for 2 king rooms. Her attitude was that I just had to put up with it; that there was no chance the hotel would honor its commitment. Very, very angry that rooms I had chosen for the comfort of my guests would not be provided!!

The website did not advertise that the pool and hot tub were under maintenance. We specifically booked that property for those amenities. The sister property was offered but their hot tub was also broken. Our children did use the pool but it was super crowded bc two hotels were using the same pool then when we finally had some alone time we were asked to leave early. Also the third sister property’s hot tub was broken. Very disappointed and frustrating.

Clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location, lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Not far from a little park where l ran, saw a lot of geese and an Alaskan hare. Close to a good supermarket (Fred Meyer), REI and Alaska Outdoor Rentals (outfitters where we picked up gear for an 8 night camping and hiking trip). Like everything in Anchorage, it was expensive, however reasonable by Anchorage standards.

Henry at the restaurant/bar was awesome. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Will probably stay elsewhere on my next trip to Anchorage.

it would have been nice if the room had been cleaned properly.

Did not like no room service, no ice on second floor and no information or directional info in the room. Said I had to QR code - don’t know what or how to use that!
-
The front desk staff is so nice When I checked in, I pulled back the covers and found a lot of hair, so it was clear the room hadn't been cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask for new sheets and a duvet cover and changed them myself. The cleaning really wasn't done properly!

The hotel was well equipped and comfortable as well as being very clean. We had a slight issue with understanding what to do to hire the shuttle but all in all the hotel was great. The receptionist was great and provided a cheery welcome.

Very good

The staff were very friendly especially the shuttle driver who took us to the airport the next morning my only complaint was the supposed restaurant that was located in the lobby you couldn’t enjoy the meal as they had a group of twelve who had set up a meeting there with management and then also neither of meals were correct

Overall, had a great stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I have no problems with checking in when I requested something I was able to get it in a tiny manner. My family and I truly enjoyed our room. I truly appreciate the concierge that help us check in and upgrade to a corner room. I look forward to staying at this location in the future.
