Room was decent. Food wasn't great. Thin walls

Room was clean and hotel lobby is nice. No breakfast included was a big let down for the price and hilton reward don't get added for booking through third party. Check in agent didn't explain any amenities or hilton rewards.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Easy check in.

The food was confusing and not included. Be prepared to pay $16 plus tax for continental breakfast.

Close to city center Not a thing

The Hilton Hotel is relatively well maintained. However, the staff took a long time to check us in, so it made us even more tired after our long flight. Slow check in is where Hilton Hotel can improve.

Nice room with lots of space. Easy to access with restaurants nearby. Breakfast is not included and is overpriced for a standard continental breakfast.

The second day I was there in room 212 a cleaning staff member accidentally threw unlocked bear spray on a bed in 208. This caused a cloud of capsaicin to unload and as the worker ran out of the room it became impossible to breathe in the hallway as I walked by. Who knew it was so dangerous right??? I couldn’t breathe and every cough out I couldn’t refill my lungs. There were no stairs on that side so I made a worker go down with me. I ran without taking in but a small bit of air. He escorted me out and I still gasped for air. NO manager came to help me. NO manager tried to compensate me. I didn’t even get an apology. I asked for a room refresh after day two and they didn’t get the right room. I was there three nights with no towel refresh or trash help or even fresh cups. This is at $534 a night!!!!! INSANITY! I’m still so upset and every time I asked if a manager got my message the nice girls at the front desk just smiled and said, “Yes we talked to the manager”. Don’t stay here…just don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it.

Horendously bad ! They assigned 3 unacceptable rooms on the check in day. First room 206 had a bad sink clogged that was none rectified even after I had returned from dinner, allowing them 3 hours to fix. Second room 326 had the air conditioning that did not work and the room temperature remained at 81F despite giving it one hour to cool down. And the shower has NO bath wash nor soap, and the white bath linens had very noticeable yellow stains on 3 towels. Third room 301 does not work at all even with both key cards. The receptionist had to open the door with a master Fob, and told me that some rooms had brand new door locks were NOT programmed yet. But she said it would be fixed the next day, which did not happen. The hotel manager then finally assigned a proper room to me. Never again !

In the room, the body wash was empty. Only realized it after I got in the shower. Those two things were disappointing but our overall stay was very pleasant.

The Big Bus (wildlife tour included) picked us up in the lobby and we could walk to athe Bear’s Paw for dinner and (yikes) Golden Corral for breakfast. it was old, dated and dark while being exorbitantly expensive (welcome to Alaska). It was in a block of similar hotels. I’m sure they were all pretty much the same.

The young lady checking us in got our rooms switched with another reservation. We were woken up at 11:30 PM when the other party tried to check in and had to go down to the front desk to sort everything out This was after traveling for 16 hours and having been up for 24. The pool was closed for maintenance which disappointed out daughter.
