Residence Inn by Marriott Anchorage Midtown

Clean, Spacious, good area, quiet nights sleep and then a good breakfast!!!

Overall very very disappointing and disgusting for the cost of the room.

We always stay here when we come to Anchorage. We love having the kitchen and its really convenient location.

The property has an indoor pool, great patio, and the room was extremely roomy for the 6 of us!!

Nice rooms

The TV in our room never worked, and the air conditioner was also not working. The room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, and my family had to spend the night in those conditions. We were suffocating because there was no proper cooling. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, but only after a full day. This disruption significantly affected our stay and should have been resolved much sooner. For the price we paid and the standards I expect from Marriott, this experience was far below expectations. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and responds more quickly when guests report issues like these.

The room was specious. However, not very clean. Sticky floors and shower was nor cleaned well either. We stayed 2 days and room was never serviced. Not sure if we needed to ask to have it done or what but by the time we got back to our room it was late to even call to have it done. So, we let it go. For the price that we paid for those rooms they should be in prestine condition and cleaned daily when there. Oh and breakfast was ok. We wont be staying here again.

Our room was never cleaned during our stay. I requested additional towels, but they were never delivered, and I had to call the front desk a second time to receive them. The pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable. When I asked about the lack of housekeeping service, the front desk staff was unable to provide an explanation as to why our room had not been cleaned. Even after I called to complain, the room still was not cleaned the following day.

Nice room, breakfast was great and the staff was helpful.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The HVAC was hard to control. We had a choice of either running the HVAC and being too cold or reducing the temperature and finding the room quite stuffy.

Appliances need to be upgraded in kitchens
