The room, Tre the evening worker was very nice to us he moved us to a different room. He was very helpful very kind even handed out kits that had turkey stuffing turkey gravy and I think another item. He didn't complain when we'd ask for items from the front desk he even went above and beyond for his guests The room we first had was too far from the elevator my mom has issues with her legs so do i the front lady who checked us in wouldnt move us "there is another elevator close by" but still we couldnt go out the door near it so we still had to walk pretty far, the lady who checked us in was very rude had an ugly attitude

We needed to be in that area so the location was perfect for us. There are also lovely parks and markets to shop nearby. However it is not near the tourist downtown if thats what you need. We were there for 6 days and being a suite with a bedroom, kitchenette and salon suited us very well. The bed was enormous and very comfortable.

The front desk employees were very nice and accommodating, and made check in/check out very smooth and fast. The phone was broken in the room and didn't work at all. I had to call the front desk with my cell phone to ask for a fan and was never brought one. There was a ticking/tapping noise that happened every five minutes in the wall behind the bed... the whole time. The walls were very thin, and all noises echoed.

But no breakfast in the room Just a grab some energy bars and small muffins It is a cheating

It was located in the middle of town. It was uncomfortable. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows gave me a headache. The neighboring room had a couple being loud and drunk all night. Ans the cops were present for some other guest. Didnt feel safe ans wont be back!

First room air conditioner didn’t work. Second room dirty with food remnants left from last guest.
-
Nothing Worn out furniture, carpeting and furniture were stained. No coffeemaker in room. TV didn’t work. It’s a disgrace.

Nothing at all Bad smell

The bed was absolutely horrible- not comfortable. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom hanging behind the door.

Room was dated . Furniture was old , scratched. Carpets in hallway/room was old, dark, dated. While perhaps clean, didn't look clean. Needs to be replaced. Bathtub was dated, scratched. Staff was unfriendly. Bickering within themselves as I checked the "breakfast" bar. Too pricey for bare facilities. Only a 1 star property with 3 star prices

Got moved to another room, was cleaner, but still had stains. I went and bought my own sheets. Not suitable for families at all! Hallways smelled, were dirty, and elevators smelled like pee. When getting into a different room, another family had the same issue and had to be moved. The whole hotel was very gross. Luckily, I only spent 2 days there, and it was a short notice travel from fairbanks. It was the most disappointing and disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in.

The doors opened Neither room key worked for us to get into the building. The beds hard a as rock. Kitchen cabinets were peeling paint on 6 cabinets, the fridge door missing handle, the bathroom cabinets peeling and tub was grey and black, colorful stains in bedroom carpet and carpet in living room had 6 by 4 inch wide burn mark. Breakfast stops at 9 am went for coffee at 830 and they were out, asked if they would make more and staff said " why should we". Breakfast is a joke.. a muffin or a poptart.

Nothing Staff was extremely unprofessional. Entire facility was very dirty. When we checked in our room our bed was not made. Pullout couch had blood stains on it. Curtains were significantly stained. Vents full of food. Everytime had to go to the front desk there yet another guest that was very unhappy with their room. Would NEVER stay there again!
-
Nothing Hallways smelt like weed the room was dirty with hair and who knows what else on the bed the bathroom had dirty towls the coffee table had a powdery substance with scratch marks so yeah and the floors were dirty

The hotel hallways were filthy and reeked of pot smell. It’s appalling that they allow people to smoke marijuana in the rooms. We felt unsafe around the people staying at the hotel. There was loud door banging at 4 am and someone yelling “front desk” in the hallways. Very disrupting. The outlets in the bedroom did not work, neither did the bedside table lamp. The TV’s are old and outdated. The one in the living room area did not work. The “free” WiFi is good for only texting , not for video calls or stream. Also it gets disconnected every couple minutes and you have to enter room number and all the information again to reconnect. Otherwise they charge $2 an hour for fast internet. At $300 a night, this is a rip off. Terrible experience.

Close to place we want to go Staff are rude. Making us wait, doesn’t even answer the phone. Doesn’t apologized for making as wait. Not welcoming at all
