Nice updated hotel

Worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. In the in the corridor leading to our room, there was this bad smell. We opened the door and couldnt stay in for a minute - strong stinch of mold or something was all over the room. We immediately went back to reception ( somehow the guy didn't seem surprised). He said there are no other rooms available. He refused to refund what we just paid. Luckily we were able to find another hotel. But out money was never refunded and the hotel kept avoiding any approach.I reluctantly leave the rest of it out of the review so it could be posted, just a warm recommendation - avoid this hotel!

Nice large very clean rooms. The staff are wonderful. And the the whole place is well maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. It is centrally located to what we were in town for, and we could bring our little fur baby. It was a very nice stay.

The room had not been cleaned when I showed up. The beds were unmade and the trash from the previous guest were still in the trash cans. Also the towels were also still hanging from the previous guest. I couldn’t tell what was clean and what wasn’t.

Highly recommended, good location and expensive but about the same as most in the area. Staff was most helpful, and had a freezer to hold our fish catch overnight. Clean, new, large well equipped rooms, great mattresses and bath, quiet. Would easily be our choice if we come to the area again.

The room was nice sized and would have been perfect. I stayed in room 118. Apparently the guest before me destroyed the tv, broke off the ice button in the freezer, and broke the mirror in the bathroom. I was up there staying overnight so I could check my son into college. It was a very emotional time for me and I was looking forward to relaxing and watching tv. My room didn’t have a tv. I think that should’ve been disclosed when I checked into my room. I paid a lot of money for this room and I didn’t have the amenities that I wanted. I had no ice for my drinks and I had no TV. I really hope that the right thing is done and I get at least a partial refund for my stay.

The room was clean. The staff was very courteous. The kitchen met our needs. The parking was very convenient.

The smell was so strong it was gag level.

The rooms were clean, spacious and had all amenities. Airport shuttle is a bonus . The only thing I can think of is the location. A bit away from shops and restaurants.

The phone didn’t work In my room. I was as there 4 nights and my room warms never cleaned, never given clean towels. Ect. I tried to call the front desk and the phone Just rang till disconnected. For the prince you should have at least some amenities. I went to the front desk and waited 10 min no one came. There was a sign to call on the phone in the lobby but there was only one in the entry and no one answered.

Hotel is good and convenient.but the walls are too thin.for a whole week before and after my surgery,i was awakened with soo much noise above us and beside us.it always happened in the middle of the night till 3 am. Heavy footsteps and loud banging,then neighbors are screaming.then power went out the whole day.exit door is opening and closing.not just closing,its slamming door.it was exhausting to hear all those when your tired and just want to rest.
