My Place Hotel - Anchorage, AK

IT was wonderful, I was a little surprised there wasn't any pot or pans, or kitchen utensils to use. You might send an email to let folks know that :) I suppose I could have asked after I found out too. But Overall, the stay was comfortable and no complaints!

They have a cook stove and full sized refrigerator, however no pots or dishes.

Appreciated having the shuttle available to pick us up from the train depot as we arrived from Seward at 10:15 pm While I confirmed we were arriving at 10:15 I assumed they would pick us up soon after that time We finally called them around 10:40 to make sure shuttle knew to pick us up Shuttle arrived around 11 Driver asked if our train arrived late ( it arrived right on time) which made me think they were waiting for our call Next morning we had made arrangements to catch shuttle at 8:30 am to go to airport We were late (our fault and we didn’t call front desk to let them know we were running late ) shuttle was no longer available front desk said they called us multiple times and for some reason our phones never received their calls ( again not their fault and we apologized for that inconvenience) when my husband asked if they tried calling our room they said they couldn’t figure out which room we were in? Anyway not complaining at all as this was our bad but I would in the future always check with front desk the day before to confirm your shuttle and whether you need to call when you arrive or not

Ridiculously cheap, selling food items instead of breakfast.

It was very clean and a friendly staff!

Clean room. Staff was awesome. Titti was very helpful. Parking is ample. They don’t have dishwashers and any dishes in the kitchenette. Only disposable.

Large room with kitchen. Shower was excellent with plenty of towels. Located between Sagaya, Cuddy Family Park, and University Mall, on bus line, near library too. Friendly staff. Large window, good heater. Very convenient for our trip Nothing- all good

We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, good bathroom. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Guest laundry was good.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the cleanliness was marginal. Also, the location was out of the way. They did offer a shuttle to and from the airport, but must be arranged at least a half day ahead of time. We didn't know this, so our group had to take two Ubers to get to the property.

Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Will recommend, and stay again and again. Better than the last hotel I stayed in with a 4 star rating.

Only remarks are related to poor kitchen equipment and noisy refridgerator in the room.

The staff the whole time we stayed were just so friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, the location was perfect and the price really great value. Highly recommend!

Was ok, nothing good or bad about it. The main complaint was that it was described with hob but no cookware, cutlery or crockery.

Reviews are fake. There is no shuttle. There is no breakfast. There’s not even water or ice. Expensive and you’d be better off downtown. Avoid.

We had sworn off My Place Hotels in general after booking one in another state that was horrible, but this one did not disappoint. We needed a hotel near the airport for one night and it worked out great!! It was clean, well laid out room and the staff was warm and friendly. Tati and Anna thank you. We will definitely be back!!

We’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s our go to. Staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were very clean, roomy and comfortable.
