The hotel was in excellent condition inside and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in town for a concert and a shuttle was provided if needed.

The property is very clean and manicured! Parking lot is well lit and we felt safe the night we arrived. It was a great location! We were within walking distance to multiple stores and restaurants. We loved the fact that it was a restaurant in the building that served great food! And they had specials for every day of the week! I have no complaints!

Not paying 6 dollars for a bag of chips and 6 dollars for a soda I don't want to even tell you what they wanted for a cup of Starbucks coffee or the microwave snacks the prices in there snack room were way way way to high

Location in Anderson is very convenient. Staff was very cordial and friendly. The property is updated, clean, and comfortable. The bar and restaurant on-site is a plus.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was welcoming from the moment the door opened. The staff was so amazing! The options were great! And it was expertly cleaned. You could smell and see how clean it was. We had stayed in 4 different hotels on our trip and THIS hotel outshined them all! Only that we weren’t staying longer.

First, we were charged twice upon arrival and told that we would receive the refund in 3-7 business days. We checked in on Thursday (it’s now Monday) and our room’s been serviced once. We’ve had to ask for new towels every single day.
