Nothing special you get what you get. Standard cheap hotel room

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Carpet dirty, toilet had dry pee on back of seat, clothes still in closet from someone else and mold on vent in bathroom. Air conditioning worked great. Lobby and pool area were clean. Breakfast area was clean

Breakfast had very few choices. The girls at the check in desk was rude Tuesday morning. Our room was ok. The walls in the bathroom needed washed. Everything was old. Bed spread had burn holes in it. The outside of the hotel was dirty. Side walk was flthy. Alot of people hanging around. I would not recommend this hotel.

After calling to see if we could check in early and were told yes, we got these and the time we said and the staff they gave away all the rooms already- she had our name. UPon check in our room was a bit shocking - stains everywhere. The shower only dribbled at the top and 90% of the water came out on our feet. The blueberry muffin and coffee was appreciated.

My young daughter and I stayed here for a concert we attended. We were put in a room in the back. There was a dead roach on our floor, limited towels and the smoke detector was beeping. We had to hold the flusher down on the toilet. Very bad experience here. Portia that worked here was the only good thing about our whole stay. She took us to Clemson for our concert and was a gem! When we got back after our event there was no extra towels for us to get for our room and there was a major lack of support from housecleaning staff here. This place needs to be updated big time. Would not recommend to anyone.

    Very outdated !

The room had roaches sadly. Did not mention to staff. Notices as we were getting dressed to leave. There were several customers in lobby so I just checked out

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you just need to spend the night somewhere.

When we arrived for our 3:00 p.m. check-in, the lobby doors were locked with a sign saying the rooms weren't ready and to return between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m. We were only in town for one night for the Morgan Wallen concert, so we were on a tight schedule. Thankfully, the front desk attendant noticed us and two other couples waiting outside and was able to check us in around 2:30 p.m. Unfortunately, when we opened the door to our assigned room, it hadn't even been cleaned. The bed was still unmade, and the room was clearly occupied by the previous guest. My husband had to return to the front desk to request another room. The second room was at least “cleaned”, but it smelled very musty and strongly of smoke and marijuana, despite being designated as a non-smoking room. The bed didn't even have a comforter, only a top sheet. The toilet, shower, and other bathroom fixtures were stained and appeared dirty. The toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall, the bathroom door wouldn't close, there was visible mold, and the bathroom floor was wet. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. Overall, the room felt old, neglected, and unclean. The only reason we stayed was because every hotel in the area was either completely booked due to the concert or charging $600+ per night. Before settling in, I thoroughly checked the bedding to make sure it was clean and free of bed bugs, and thankfully it was. For a one-night stay, that was the most important thing to me. We made the best of it, but it was far from comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel and would never choose to stay here again.

Unfortunately no quality at quality inn. Room was not ready at check-in time. We had to wait until 2am after our concert to check in. Upon entering the room, the smell of smoke (we selected a nonsmoking room) and mildew were overwhelming. The carpeted floor felt damp. There was only a fitted and flat sheet on the bed. The toilet did not flush. Would have left if it would not had been so late, and plus we were just so tired.

Would not stay here. The rooms are outdated and feel dirty. There were stains all over the floor, a hole in the bathroom door, and the paint was chipped. We didn’t have a comforter or even a blanket on our bed. We froze all night under a thin sheet. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. Spend the few extra bucks and stay at the Holiday Inn across the street.

Highlight-we never saw any bugs, which was surprising. This property’s only saving grace is the super friendly and hard working front desk staff. It needs attention immediately or should just be closed.

The location was great it was super close to everything Only issues were the water pressure in the shower was low, beds were ok but had to buy blankets to sleep with because the ones on the bed were as thin as a napkin. Front desk staff was a little unprofessional

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Not much at all No blankets on the bed very little tv stations pool looked dirty and was way to expensive for what you got never stay here again

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

It was comfortable as far as a quick stay for the weekend. Water was hot and water pressure was good. When we arrived into the room, a piece was in the floor off the light fixture in the bathroom. Two of the lights would not work, one was the light bulb was blown (no replacements available) and the other just didn’t work. The toilet was very sluggish to flush. Only 2 towels in the room with 3 people staying. Carpet was stained and dirty. TV remote was sticky.

Free parking. The bed was comfortable. The AC was very cold and the water pressure in the shower was very good The room was clean The only lady working was doing her best to accommodate the line of people The hotel was understaffed and overbooked She just kept smiling and remained professional The bathroom door didn't close at all it didn't fit in the door frame The carpet wasn't very clean and I couldn't get wifi to connect to so no TV parking lot and stairwell very dirty The price was extremely overpriced for the quality we were there for a concert in Clemson

Found the biggest roach in the bathroom. Turned right around and drove 2 hours back home instead of staying the night. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

Rented 2 rooms for the Morgan Wallen concert (cost around $1000 for 2rooms) checked in-got room 208 but went straight to the concert. Upon return we go to the room and other peoples stuff was in the room!!! We went to the desk and after a while the clerk did find us another room. She was great. The common areas were clean. The room was ok but no blanket, just a sheet and a thicker sheet. I definitely would not stay again.

We checked in at 3, came back around 11 and they double booked our room. We walked in our room and other peoples belongings were all over the room. Went to the front and they checked another room that was vacant, but there was also someone in there. We ended up finding a vacant room but it was shady. I was paranoid the entire time they double booked our room also. We came during the Morgan Wallen concert, paid over $500 for a room. The front office didn’t offer compensation. The room was also filthy. Would not recommend.

Hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but the staff is friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds were super comfortable. It was everything we needed for our one night stay
