I didn't like that yall didn't accommodate my stay, j had to pay and it took all of my vacation day to know that yall never booked my room. Not happy

The place is clean and safe. The was extremely polite and professional. The waffle bar was kept clean and stocked. I’m easy to please.

The location is close to many stores and restaurants Room was not ready at check in time but it was a very busy weekend

The property is not in good condition. At check in the front desk clerk was on what appeared to be a video call while inputing my card information into the system. I booked a non smoking room online for 2 people but was placed in a smoking room. When I went to the front desk to inform her the room smelled like smoke and my son does not smoke or like the smell she told me I reserved a smoking room. I double checked my reservation ( i booked a non smoking) and emailed the property with the above details but did not receive a response. My son with the same last name was with me at check in but not placed as a guest in the system. The keys quit working after the first 24 hrs and my son was not allowed in the room . Staff did not attempt to contact me, luckily my son was able to reach me and I was able to contact them via phone and they gave him a key. This could have been prevented if the clerk would have made a note at check in or when I complained. On day 2 the pool was shut down by the health department. The room was outdated and not very clean but I didnt expect 5 star accomodations when I booked the reservation. The toilet barely flushed. Overall the value was not worth the rate especially without advertized ammenities or even receiving the room type we paid for. I will never book a room at this property again, and would advise others to book a room with a competitor nearby instead if asked. This property is not up to Choice Standards. There was nothing likable about this property.

Nice clean room

Nothing special you get what you get. Standard cheap hotel room
-
Carpet dirty, toilet had dry pee on back of seat, clothes still in closet from someone else and mold on vent in bathroom. Air conditioning worked great. Lobby and pool area were clean. Breakfast area was clean

Breakfast had very few choices. The girls at the check in desk was rude Tuesday morning. Our room was ok. The walls in the bathroom needed washed. Everything was old. Bed spread had burn holes in it. The outside of the hotel was dirty. Side walk was flthy. Alot of people hanging around. I would not recommend this hotel.

After calling to see if we could check in early and were told yes, we got these and the time we said and the staff they gave away all the rooms already- she had our name. UPon check in our room was a bit shocking - stains everywhere. The shower only dribbled at the top and 90% of the water came out on our feet. The blueberry muffin and coffee was appreciated.

My young daughter and I stayed here for a concert we attended. We were put in a room in the back. There was a dead roach on our floor, limited towels and the smoke detector was beeping. We had to hold the flusher down on the toilet. Very bad experience here. Portia that worked here was the only good thing about our whole stay. She took us to Clemson for our concert and was a gem! When we got back after our event there was no extra towels for us to get for our room and there was a major lack of support from housecleaning staff here. This place needs to be updated big time. Would not recommend to anyone.

The room had roaches sadly. Did not mention to staff. Notices as we were getting dressed to leave. There were several customers in lobby so I just checked out
-
The room smelled like smoke the carpets were disgusting very dingy I would have drove 4 hrs home rather than stay there I will never stay there again gross

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you just need to spend the night somewhere.

To give credit where it's due, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also excellent, with plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby, and it was only about a 20-minute drive to Clemson Stadium. The room included a mini fridge and microwave, and parking was free, which was convenient. I would not stay here again. The hotel is very run down, dirty, and poorly maintained. When we arrived for our 3:00 p.m. check-in, the lobby doors were locked with a sign saying the rooms weren't ready and to return between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m. We were only in town for one night for the Morgan Wallen concert, so we were on a tight schedule. Thankfully, the front desk attendant noticed us and two other couples waiting outside and was able to check us in around 2:30 p.m. Unfortunately, when we opened the door to our assigned room, it hadn't even been cleaned. The bed was still unmade, and the room was clearly occupied by the previous guest. My husband had to return to the front desk to request another room. The second room was at least “cleaned”, but it smelled very musty and strongly of smoke and marijuana, despite being designated as a non-smoking room. The bed didn't even have a comforter, only a top sheet. The toilet, shower, and other bathroom fixtures were stained and appeared dirty. The toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall, the bathroom door wouldn't close, there was visible mold, and the bathroom floor was wet. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. Overall, the room felt old, neglected, and unclean. The only reason we stayed was because every hotel in the area was either completely booked due to the concert or charging $600+ per night. Before settling in, I thoroughly checked the bedding to make sure it was clean and free of bed bugs, and thankfully it was. For a one-night stay, that was the most important thing to me. We made the best of it, but it was far from comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel and would never choose to stay here again.

Unfortunately no quality at quality inn. Room was not ready at check-in time. We had to wait until 2am after our concert to check in. Upon entering the room, the smell of smoke (we selected a nonsmoking room) and mildew were overwhelming. The carpeted floor felt damp. There was only a fitted and flat sheet on the bed. The toilet did not flush. Would have left if it would not had been so late, and plus we were just so tired.

Would not stay here. The rooms are outdated and feel dirty. There were stains all over the floor, a hole in the bathroom door, and the paint was chipped. We didn’t have a comforter or even a blanket on our bed. We froze all night under a thin sheet. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. Spend the few extra bucks and stay at the Holiday Inn across the street.

Highlight-we never saw any bugs, which was surprising. This property’s only saving grace is the super friendly and hard working front desk staff. It needs attention immediately or should just be closed.

It was comfortable as far as a quick stay for the weekend. Water was hot and water pressure was good. When we arrived into the room, a piece was in the floor off the light fixture in the bathroom. Two of the lights would not work, one was the light bulb was blown (no replacements available) and the other just didn’t work. The toilet was very sluggish to flush. Only 2 towels in the room with 3 people staying. Carpet was stained and dirty. TV remote was sticky.

The location was great it was super close to everything Only issues were the water pressure in the shower was low, beds were ok but had to buy blankets to sleep with because the ones on the bed were as thin as a napkin. Front desk staff was a little unprofessional
