Disappointed in the ceiling that needed repaired in the room. Looked like mold growing.

The front desk attendant made a good recommendation for a Mexican restaurant nearby. This location was right off I-35 South, which made it easy for highway access. We also found shopping nearby. A good walking trail was right behind this location as well. Hot breakfast items were appreciated. It was all good for 1 night's stay.

Bed was comfortable Light in hall way didn't work, room was dirty, air conditioner only came out on half of the output screen. Outlets were very loose, couldn't fully charge phones or watches. All around not a nice place.

I stay at this hotel once or twice a month. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staff. Room is always clean. Convenient to lots of places clise by. Easy access to the interstate.

We didnt stay with you and didnt have a reservation. Hope we didnt get charged for a room. Several days ago we researched your place but then we couldnt come down so we never got a room reservation☹️☹️☹️

The hotel is clean and well laid out. It’s also in a good location and the complementary breakfast was the best we had. However our room had a broken latch on the door and the paint and tile in the bathroom were in disrepair. The wifi access must’ve used up their cap, because it was at modem speed. I had to tether to do anything.

Staff was very friendly, location was pretty convenient and central Sheer curtains and rooms (at least on the South Side) have extremely bright lights shining into room. Difficult to sleep. Blackout curtains would solve this easily.

Lori at the front desk was very kind and helpful. There was some mold in the shower on the caulking.

Bathroom could use a refresher on walls. Lots of scuffs. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was not pulling out humidity. Dresser draws did not stay shut.

First room: No security lock, fire alarm hung down on its wires, food left in freezer! Ick! No more rooms - they are filled - we said not going to happen - They gave us another room. Room 2 - Dead Bolt Lock didnt match up so DID NOT WORK - REALLY! Said no more rooms would have to stay here - had 3 small kids 2 female adults - later in evening - night clerk said she would ok a refund for the problems - later said she would not give because we stayed there. We were never told refund for not staying- refund was for the lack of security and no other rooms is what we were told! This is not a good Hotel it is very unsafe - They do not hold up to security standards - very scary! Not sure how they even got a star ranking as nothing had been fixed! Worse yet was their customer satisfaction. They do not care about you at all! Not your safety not your satisfaction! They do not know how to handle a business. I do have pictures to prove it all!
