Lousy housekeeping

Room felt damp even with air on. Staff was very nice. I really wanted a waffle but they weren't working properly. I couldn't wait as we had to get to the hospital. Parking was very convenient!

Very basic but clean and have your usual continental breakfast. The location was very convenient with lots of restaurants nearby.

Clean, comfortable, and economical. Would stay again!

The hotel was adequate

The breakfast was okay. There is no longer a whirlpool/hot tub in the pool area. The pool is not heated, which was ok since we were there on some of the hottest days of the summer. The hotel is right off the interstate, which was very convenient and it wasn't far from other things in the metro area. Our rooms were on the end closest to the highway, but were couldn't hear any noise from it.

I like the rooms were clean, the customer service was good and the location great. 1)The management should have a better way of dealing with a customer if the customer has a complaint or adjustments , instead of referring to the booking agency. 2)The rule of changing towels on the 3rd day for customers staying longer, does not work well for most customers. I stayed 2 days, and I did not have towels to use on the last day. 3) The cancellation rule after 24 hours should be flexible with adjustments. One can miss a flight, or anything can happen at the last minute. 4) They should have discounts for their frequent customers.

Check in with expedia booking was a nightmare. The staff did not know how to connect the payment, delaying check in for almost an hour with me having to do the legwork with Expedia. She wanted me to pay again! Finally resolved, we checked into our room. The toilet made a strange noise and when another room showered, the pipes were so loud you had to leave the bathroom door closed. Breakfast spread was the best of our travel in affordable hotels, but the lobby had a strange smell that lingered into the eating area.

The breakfast was very good and quote a selection. The staff were so nice and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

The room smelled musty. Drape was not hung right and was difficult to close completely.

We were in town for a high school graduation. The hotel was in a good location; right next to I-35. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Lori at the front desk was amazingly accommodating. We called after checking out and explained how we had left a personal item in our room - she personally went up to the room and retrieved it and held it at the front desk for us. Would stay again!

Rooms were nice and the location was perfect. They did not make your beds or take the trash out when you left the rooms. We had to ask for more toilet paper.

The beds are ridiculously high

I really don’t have anything nice to say about this hotel. Day shift front desk lady was kind of rude, breakfast was horrible, and I had to go through the supply closet to find Kleenex because housekeeping didn’t replace my room’s.
