Dirty in some areas. Broken furniture. Beds are very comfortable and clean

The room was very musty smelling, and the floors were disgustingly dirty on the carpet and on the tile. The ac unit was loud with a clunky-noise. Finally the pillows were very uncomfortable. For the price, I expected a bit more of an updated facility with a cleaner room. Will not stay there again.

Quite good location many options nearby for eating stayed 3 nights so that is great. The lady that checked us in was not very versed in the process myself and others were being double charged. It took us1 hour to get checked in. Kept saying that I had to pay even though I had a confirmation email showing I had paid. Once she finally figured out what to do she only set our room key for one night.

Easy check in and check out . Good location and pool with hot tub. The pool was very cloudy and the water was cold. We assumed it was a heated indoor pool. The water almost had a green tint to it.

Liked the location It was not clean an the people it brought in was very low income I had hired expectations

It would be helpful to have at least some gluten-free muffins at the breakfast bar.

The staff was very friendly. However the hotel atmosphere felt outdated and not as kept up or nice as it originally used to be to be.
