The room clean after a long drive. Check in was easy.

We had a very late check in but staff was at the desk within seconds of us walking through the door. Parking lot was well lit which was nice walking in with little kiddos. The entire property was impeccably clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great and well stocked. We would 100% stay again!

Breakfast was fantastic, room was clean and staff is always helpful and polite. It has always been my go to hotel when visiting ankeny.

Perfect location for the bicycle trail. Price for sure for what you get. Our bathroom looked run down trim was missing and she shower curtain was disgustingly didn’t look like it was cleaned in months and stains all over it. Carpet felt like it had crumbs in it wore shoes all the time vacuumed not sure. Breakfast was mediocre.

Excellent coffee! Staff was friendly. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to interstate and close to restaurants and shopping. Little bit high priced

We stayed one night to break up our trip home. The room was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, the walk in shower was such a welcome change and the water was very hot. The continental breakfast went above and beyond with pastries, omelets, and plenty of healthy options. It’s close to the highway as well as many stores. We will be back.

The overall stay was a 4 out of 5. Room for improvement could be the cleanliness of the pool area and keeping it stocked with towels. My other complaint was the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. The water was not very hot and the pressure left a little to be desired. You often had to wait for staff to come to the front desk as well.

Horrible breakfast. Couldn’t eat it. Coffee was not coffee only brown water.

Clean rooms nice staff nice location, but no coffee makers in the rooms anymore. But look for other place.
