Ann Arbor Regent Hotel & Suites

The pillows: I had to find out what they were and bought some for home! Have stayed here several times now, great location before or after a flight at DTW.

Great options for breakfast, quiet hotel, and easy access to the universities. The carpet felt wet every morning throughout the room. Bare feet and socks were left filthy after walking on the floor.

I had a great stay very clean and breakfast was great

We were surprised how well organized and tidy this place is. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Everything was fantastic

We were very pleased with this hotel. The hot tub was a little small and got smaller when the adults would not keep their young children out of it but other than that it was great

Came down to visit our daughter in college. Pool is salt water and a comfortable temp, hot tub is very hot. Pool table, shuffle board, fooseball, gym upstairs. Breakfast has eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, good variety. Everything was great! Will stay again and again!

The breakfast options were not good. The coffee was like weak tea. Snack options in the machine need to be rethought. Plus, why not have drinks and snacks near each other. They are not. Hotel was clean, employees were friendly, parking was free and ample.

This hotel could definitely use some updates. The pool and game area were shut down super early every night couldn’t use the amenities.

Beautiful view hotel with competitive price, 5 stars

I love this hotel. It is showing its age a bit but it is very well kept and super clean. A gem in the Ann Arbor area.

Helpful staff allowed us to check in about 30 minutes early! We didn’t have time to use the pool, the gym, or the pool tables but they looked super nice. The room was spacious and clean!

Front desk lady was incredible!! Rooms nice and clean. Beds good. Only complaint is our air conditioner unit was extremely loud! Didn’t sleep good due to that. Will definitely stay here again

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They don't give you any kind of hand soap for in the bathroom - there was just body lotion. So that was gross knowing everyone around there probably isn't washing their hand properly after using the restroom. The bed was slanted at the head of the bed so we had to sleep almost slanted down. The air conditioner was falling off the wall and was so loud and noisy we shoved a trash can up against it to help with the noise but it was almost unbearable. If we could have gotten a refund and went anywhere else we would have but everything was booked because of a large event in town. This place is SO overpriced for the roach motel that it is. Save your money and go anywhere else!!!

We reserved an executive suite and were given a standard King room. The front desk was not helpful and told us to take it up with Expedia, who weren't helpful either, and I couldn't get a human on the phone. There was food left in the microwave that staff had not cleaned from a previous person's stay.
