Pool and pool spot was extra comfy I was charged a deposit but it was never returned

Location convenient Front desk staff very responsive and service oriented Nice Dove products for soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion Better continental breakfast to most Has microwave and refrigerator Very dated. Carpet stained and faded, floors sticky. Air conditioning unit old and did not work well, air was humid. Was just not that comfortable. Renovations would do wonders to the place.

Location Room felt damp, desperately needs new rugs. Give hard boiled eggs instead of fake eggs at breakfast

The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, the pool was gorgeous. Plus it’s nearby a bunch of things you’d want to do and restaurants to try.

Somebody walked into our room at 9 am, then walked out, we asked the staff what was going on, and if they can make sure there wasn’t just some random person walking into peoples rooms, to which they informed us that they had NO CAMERAS anywhere on the property except the entrance. HORRIFYING in general. I’ll let your mind come up with all the possible situations you can find yourself in.

Everything was up to my expectations. I will stay at this hotel whenever I am in Ann Arbor!

The hotel was suitable for our needs. It would have been a little better if the cleaning staff came earlier in the day instead of in the evening when we had returned back to the room. Other than that it was an okay stay.

It was very clean and the hot tub was awesome
