Ann Arbor Regent Hotel & Suites

Location and value

Decent hotel, perhaps a little tired. Good location for U Mich though. The room could benefit from some outlets near the bed. Indoor pool looked nice but didn’t have a chance to use it.

Very clean rooms bread was great

Extremely comfortable bed in a great location very clean acceptable breakfast

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Just ok property.

Staff was great

The property was extremely peaceful. The hot tub in your room is a super bonus. The rooms and property are very clean and the staff is very professional. Loved staying here.

Great stay.

Very old school but nice and clean. The internet connection was horrible. I was trying to work while there for personal trip, and the internet kept kicking me off and the signal strength was very poor. The bathroom door didn't close right and didn't lock.

Awesome stay!! 5 stars all the way..

Overall the hotel is great and has everything. The garden is very beautiful. I wish the room carpet could be replaced

Booked this hotel via Expedia with insurance due to our daughters due date being within a week of our stay. I was told to take it up with Expedia and I did. Expedia told me that the insurance expired 45 days before our stay. Could not find anywhere that was stated. Expedia pointed the finger at the hotel and the hotel said it was an Expedia issue. When I arrived at the hotel they said they could refund me 25% of the cost if I cancelled then. I will soon be deleting my Expedia account. BAD business model!

Older hotel but very well maintained & decorated. Comfortable beds. Typical breakfast but good. Convenient location for us.

Love the cleanliness. Very spacious. Convenient to business deals. Good breakfast

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Definitely staying here again
