Days Inn by Wyndham Ann Arbor

The rooms are fashionable yet average. The hallways and decor could use remodeling. The air conditioner filters need to desperately be cleaned. If you need a quickie...I highly recommend!

This must be the worst hotel in Ann Arbor. Terrible Smell, dirty, old. Sleeping beside a garbage can must be a better experience than sleeping the hotel! I had to spend money on candles and anti smell spray just to sleep one night there. There was blood on the curtains, too!!! Someone probably 💀 right there when they caught the smell of your hotel.

Absolutley filthy and smelly! I pulled down the sheet and there was brown stains/streaks on it. So sad that Wyndam even has its name affiliated with it. I left for another hotel and didn't even want to stand in the dirty lobby to negotiate a refund!

Check in was quick and easy; staff was welcoming. I was apprehensive after reading some not great reviews, but our stay was fine. I believe our room was recently remodeled; it was clean and comfortable. We had no issues during our two night stay and I would stay here again. It was a budget priced hotel and I have no complaints. Breakfast was minimal but that's not anything I worry about. We didn't utilize the pool so not sure about that. We especially liked having a patio outside our room to sit outside.

A nightmare

The staff was friendly but the hotel room we stayed in had stains on try he lamp shade, no fire alarms, and stains on the side of mattress and bed spread.

I never even showed up

Hallway was smelling terrible and carpet was so dirty . Bugs in bed.

This was a last minute booking and I regret my stay here. The room was very dirty, unkept, missing items and damaged. The door did not have a functioning chain lock, the remote was missing and the shower handle fell off as some as I touched it. The jetted tub had dead bugs and hair in it making it unusable without cleaning. I wasn’t able to use any of the provided toiletries because of this but they were provided. The linens were clean and I did not see any bedbugs or evidence of them and that was the only upside. The walls were paper thin and the room had no phone to contact the front desk. I simply used this room to sleep and will not be returning.

Worst hotel we’ve stayed at, wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last hotel in Ann Arbor! Would rather stay in my truck, garabage everywhere outside, skunks at every entrance bc of the trash, mold on the ceilings, bathroom toilet and sink leaked, the tv in the room didn’t work with the remote provided, very unkept and disgusting! Should be ashamed to even rent rooms!

This was honestly the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I don’t think the carpet had been vacuumed ever, much less actually cleaned. Outside our door was a huge stain that looked like a murder scene had taken place there. 😳 And unfortunately, the inside of the room wasn’t much better. It was just gross. I knew this was a budget hotel and I certainly wasn’t expecting the Ritz, but come on… there is a big difference between budget and dirty. Clean should be the bare minimum at any hotel, no matter what you pay. Then, the first morning I went down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee. They didn’t have any and actually sent me across the parking lot to the hotel next door, telling me they still had theirs out. What in the world?! 😂 I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but I can honestly say I’ve never been sent to another hotel for a cup of coffee. I honestly cannot believe Wyndham has their name attached to this property. I would expect a certain basic standard of cleanliness from a Wyndham hotel, and this was nowhere close. The people working there were very nice, and I hate leaving such a bad review because of that, but this hotel desperately needs a serious deep cleaning and a lot of attention.

What a disappointment, room dirty, bedding dirty, whole environment was sub-par. We booked before we seen the reviews, spent 10 minutes in the room and left. Of course not refund offered, best $110 I ever wasted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....SLEEP IN YOUR CAR IF YOU HAVE TO.

We booked online as we were traveling and when we got there, the place smelled bad, lights didn't work when you walked in the room, another light didn't work when trying to turn it on to see, I went to open the curtain and the pole from the curtain fell off in my hand. TV wouldn't work and the mini fridge was off and molded so when we opened it the room smelled even worse. It was supposed to be 2 queen beds and I am pretty sure they were 2 full beds. Looked like people were living in the hotel long term. We left within minutes of getting there and requested a refund.

The room was dirty with stains everywhere, the bathroom was a mess. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was minimal as the toaster did not heat up my waffle on six pass throughs
