So dirty. Bathroom was not clean. Mold growing in the AC unit. Floors sticky. So gross.

The air didn’t work, room was nasty and musty, front desk was somewhat helpful. The gentleman was kind of angered because I requested a new due to failed air conditioning.

Property smelled so bad staff was super accommodating and giving me my money back so I can go elsewhere

Not a big deal, but I had to pay for my pets to stay I was on the first floor and I had a slider out to the parking lot, but the screen was ripped When I went to use the faucet I had to hold the faucet down it in order to use it I took my dogs out and fed them and went to bed I was woken by a phone call from the desk at 4 AM because of noise. I told the woman I was asleep. It was a room and a shower And it was cheap I had to plug in the television There were holes in the ceiling I don’t know if I would recommend this place again. It was a room in a shower.

The gentleman at the front desk checked us in, then canceled the whole reservation. Had a refund issued to me and the second day asked me to use another card to rebook the stay. The door on our rom wouldnt close properly. They didn't have enough staff to fix the door, the whole 5 days of our stay. We scheduled them to clean our room the second day. They came 2 days later to clean. The pictures for this place are outdated and the rooms look nothing like what's listed.

The property is older, my room door was hard to open I had to force the door open. My room lights didnt come on, I tried the bathroom lights, no luck. I opened the patio door drapes to get light into the room and the track for the patio door was filthy. This confirmed my thoughts when I entered the hotel. I went back to the front desk and told them the room was dirty and the lights didnt work. And I would not be staying there.

Close to where we wanted go. But the place is bad randown.

There was no Hot tub! No elevators there is no signs telling you where the lobby was there was was the pool was in a separate building and no shower curtain one room had no TV one room ! Had to get the key chance Cheryl times cuz it didn't work! Breakfast was dolled out frozen waffles and cereal milk!

My advice get a room with a hot tub.

Wouldn't know as they ended up giving our room away. After a very very long day, when we finally got there to check in our room was no longer available. This was after trying to check in earlier (after check in time) but being told we couldn't as rooms weren't cleaned yet and we would have to come back. Due to an event and all nearby hotels being booked we had to drive to a nearby city and pay 5x the price at 2 am

Door would not shut or lock, room was dirty, smelled bad. Spoke to the front desk, I left… they stated that they would give a refund???

There was mold, dead bugs, stains on the sheets and curtain, food, possibly blood and a nail on the carpet, and the bathroom was dirty. We could not stay there and left after documenting the mess. The front desk clerk assured us that we would have our refund approved, If I could have chosen zero stars, I would have.

Notified the front desk and was told was going to get a full refund as they had no other rooms to give us since they were over booked by 16 rooms.

Isaac, I believe, was extremely helpful and very nice. The place is dated in its decor, but if was very clean.

Our room had visible dirt, leftover food, dirty bedding, and other cleanliness issues that made us very uncomfortable. We also found the staff to be less helpful than expected when dealing with the situation. The condition of the room was concerning enough that we ultimately decided not to stay. I was genuinely shocked that a room in this condition was being offered to guests. Based on our experience, the cleanliness and overall condition of this property need immediate attention.

In all fairness some of the positive was the guy working the desk Fri & Sat during the day was super nice and friendly. We never felt unsafe at the location and it was close to the highway & 4 miles from the big house.

Make sure you call before going as they tend to overbook. Not clean at all as there was old cigarette on the carpet, mirrors were gross and not cleaned.

When we arrived we were told they were behind on cleaning rooms. The city was having a big concert 2 nights in a row and we were there on night 2. Understandable. We were told they should be ready around 6 pm. However concert at 530. Was guaranteed if we came after concert our room would be ready and we could check in then. He took my name and number down but never called. After concert and after waiting hours for an uber we finally get to the hotel only to find out they gave my reservation away to someone else.... because I didn't check in earlier... mind you I was already paid for. There were several other people who hadn't gotten there to get their keys yet as I could see all lined up on counter. We ended up having to drive 10 miles away at 2 am to get a room 4x the price. Thank you for a wonderful experience...NOT!!!!

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. It looked nothing like the photos advertised online, which was very misleading. The hallways had stained, dirty carpet, and our room had a strong moldy smell. The floor was damp and never dried, making the room feel humid and gross. more like a basement than a hotel room. We were so uncomfortable with the condition of the room that we didn’t even stay. We left shortly after checking in and found another hotel. I would not recommend staying here. The online photos do not accurately represent the condition of this property.

AC unit was broken in one of our rooms and unbearably hot. They said they would fix it but did not. Rooms were not cleanly.
