Positive about room: beds clean and comfortable, shower head was great because someone had removed the water restrictor. Staff: you had to go upfront and get towels. None were in the room. I was given 2 thin bath towels, one wash cloth and one hand towel. I had to ask clerk for additional wash cloth and hand towel. I heard the day front desk staff tell someone staying there that “They could just step back and cool his jets.” The customer wasn’t doing anything but asking for something to be corrected. Breakfast is way worse than a comfort inn. Wasn’t really a breakfast. Breakfast area was a dark and dingy booth. The food was brought over from another hotel. We didn’t eat there.

Well where to start, upgrade to hott tub room, tub was not working, blood soaked bandaid's laying around, bathroom tub has mold, room phone non-working front desk didn't want to be bothered by any of this

Strange smell, the ticking timer noise from next room all night. The loose faucet and leaking somewhere at sink.

I was really disappointed with this Hotels cleanliness the second you walked in the door the floors were dirty the stairs were disgusting the carpet looked absolutely terrible something as simple as vacuuming would’ve made a major difference. I would not stay at this property again.

The worst hotel ever.

The hall ways where dirty, the toilet paper holder was broken, the night stand light had no light in it and breakfast was terrible.

No elevator to the second floor, you got to carry everything going up the stairs. I have stayed at different places, this was by far the worst for me.

We've arrived late from a long trip. The only room left had a broken AC and not TV in the wall. We had to go find another hotel last minute with two kids and a dog. I wish they didn't accepted reservations if rooms are not available. Ended up paying more at another hot since it was not booked ahead. I would not stay here again.

Maybe this was a Hotel when it first opened. Clearly the pictures reflect when it was first opened as it looks nothing like that now. It can now officially be classed as a low level motel. I didn't even bother to stay as I was uncomfortably disgusted at how run down the place was. It makes sense why booking was so cheap. You're literally getting what you pay for.

The sliding glass door did not feel very secure, and the area outside it was littered with trash, which made me uncomfortable. Toiletries were also very limited. I received one small shampoo and conditioner, but there was no body wash or hand soap provided. A large portion of the hotel also appeared to be occupied by long-term residents. During my stay, the surrounding area was loud, messy, and several people were inconsiderate of other guests. The continental breakfast was another disappointment. The options I saw included what appeared to be thawed frozen waffles meant to be reheated in a toaster and pastries that looked old or stale. After seeing those items, I decided not to eat there. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and far below what I expected from a hotel stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

Did not have room I booked. Room I was given smelled like a sweaty locker room. Floors dirty, remote did not work. Shower head did not work, lots of vagrants hanging around outside. For over a hundred dollars not acceptable. Would not go back

Whole property is not clean. Carpets really filthy. No fire alarm in our room we stayed for 1 night. The night before, we could not sleep coz there was a woman in the next room talking all morning. Room was stinky. Fire alarm keep beeping all night. Breakfast is not good.

I original reservation at another hotel got canceled and thus is the only place available at a reasonable price for a night. The 'non smoking' smells, the carpet was dirty, the toilet tank doesn't even has a cover. I woke in the middle of the night and decided to sleep in the car.... .

I couldn’t even leave my room or use any amenities because of the amount of men roaming and cat calling.. as a single woman this does not necessarily feel like the most comfortable place. Holes on the main floors under all the carpet making it rough walk anywhere esp with luggage.The bathroom was gross, no towels, pop all over the night stand food and crackers all over the floor.. mold by fridge and smelly fridge inside. The sheets have stains on them, if they are clean.. honestly looks like a hotel the emploeees would get intimate on a clean bed and walk away with make up all over the pillow case. cigarette butts on the balcony what looks to be puke by the garbage can. This place has been flipped and turned so many times without being clean and it really shows. If you rent discounted rooms THIS dirty they should be half priced.. you know what you have and clearly has been this way for so long and it’s irreversible.

We left. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Pool was not on the property. We couldn’t get out fast enough!
