The power went out for 3 days of my stay and the food I brought and put in the fridge all went bad I would like some refund

The hotel was shut down bacause of a power outage and they did not accepted us even though I paid full price. They told us we would get reimbursed by Expedia

In other words, Hotels.com cheated me out of $71. Really, they committed a fraud by charging me for a non-refundable room that was never actually booked.

Internet never worked right. There was no working light in the bathroom the entire time. Thankfully, air conditioning worked well.

This is not the “king suite” getaway as advertised, DO NOT COME HERE if you’re looking for a clean and safe hotel. The jacuzzi was used and unclean, with water from the previous tenants still in the bath and mold all around the drain. The shower was also not cleaned whatsoever as there were brown splatters covering the floor. The tiles were falling off the walls, the entire place has a foul order, and we were approached twice outside and were asked for money from people around the hotel. This hotel is false advertisement and a serious health risk, I’m honestly surprised it’s not shut down yet.

It was in obvious need of some repair work. The carpeting in the hallway was pretty bedraggled and there was a lot of patch work done that was unfinished. The room itself was very nice. Clean, roomy, and quiet all describe the very nice room we were in. The bed was super comfortable.

It is a very aged hotel i have stayed here a few times throughout the years. Very nice staff.

The stay was alright, but definitely needs some upgrades and the rooms need to be deep cleaned better. I had to get supplies to clean the bathroom myself because there was scum and hair in the tub/shower. The table had sticky spots all over it, the tv did not have a clear picture, there was no phone in our room. Asked for extra towels and they gave us 1 and said we had to put the other ones outside the door in order to get more when housekeeping arrives the next day.

The hotel was very cheap but you get what you pay for. The entire hotel smelled like weed and the carpets in the hallway were very dirty and stained. Overall the place is ran down and in need of an update.

Room was gross with crusty toilet and broken counter. Tv broken screen. I wouldn’t even take a shower… it was gross. I went there for the hot tub but was too grossed out to try it. Definitely worst experience ever.
