The hotel appears to be in transition. The lobby & breakfast areas have been updated. The rest of the hotel appears to be a work in progress. The room we stayed in was tired. The A/C was loud, the traffic noise from the highway came through as if there was no glass. The furniture was old, dated and stains on the sofa. The water pooled in the shower even after turning off the faucet as part of the tub was lower than the drain. There were no hooks to hang garments in the bathroom. On a positive note, the room size was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I'm sure the owners are working to improve the hotel and it would be nice if they mention this in their online marketing. If you do stay, take note that getting the hotel is tricky, especially at night, as the entrance is next to the on ramp for I64 north.

It was a great price when we needed to pull over and sleep during a long drive visiting family. AC could not cool room on 2nd floor. Location is either a plus or huge minus depending on your perspective. For our family with little ones, we were apprehensive of people milling around outside from the bar next door all through the night. Staff was friendly and location looked to be getting remodeled some. I was shocked it had an 8.6 rating after seeing in person. I would say accurately say more like a 7.

The free breakfast isn't worth it.

Property is definitely not what it looks like online, but it smells clean.

I liked the check-in. Destine was very friendly and helpful.

It was clean The shower didn’t work, the shower head was broken and by the time i realized it was too late to resolve the issue because we had an appointment

And don't even get me started on the shady dealings happening in the parking lot.

Well first I was downgrading from a king bed for two queen beds that was already just upsetting then I enter the queen bedroom or the new bedroom and it smells bad so I get a new room and they still give me two queen bed with no price adjustment….

No safety handle in shower. Bathroom door, dirty .Found nickel; on floor in room.

We had a great stay. We booked last minute and were still able to get the exact room i tried to book online. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the bed was so comfy I didn't wanna get up to do to much. We were right off the interstate and didn't hear a peep inside our room.
