The rooms were renovated and clean. The air definitely worked so that was a plus for me It was people loitering by more door. They weren't doing anything but it just made me nervous. They were nice, . Just a lot of in and out.

There was hair in my room, a few bugs, hair in the shower. My face was swollen after laying on the pillow for a couple nights, I can only assume it was either cheap washing powder or they didn't wash the pillows

When the A/C in my room failed on one of the hotter days of the '26 summer, they did not hesitate to move me to a room that was better equipped. Both rooms were super-clean and the staff was very kind and understanding.

some of the staffs were not the best. breakfast doesn't have lots of options. they just offer pancake/ bread. AC and fridge in the room were making loud noise hence, disrupt sleep. Poor customer service. Hotel states they offer daily cleaning but thats not true.

The location and the price The flooring in my room was just lifting up the laminate. there was about a fist size hole in the wall under the plug look like a rat hole. there was a hole from water damage in the bathroom ceiling about the size of a fist. In the air condition didn't work that good. Went to the office one morning to get a cup of coffee and they told me no so there's no coffee either

Clean fresh smelling bed linens. Easy to book and check-in was smooth. Close to Interstate 24 Good stay. Good restaurant options. Will stay again.

That the staff was nice. It was 20 min from down town. The parking was horrible, big gap in the door but it did lock, an no ice machine and after I paid in full when I arrived I still had to pay a deposit of 50$.
