Staff was not helpful. I asked for a clean towel for my room ( 116) but never received it. I left my room and when I came back nothing was clean. I was told I needed to check out and check in again if I wanted a clean room. When I checked in again I was told my information was not showing up in their system. Terrible service all throughout my stay.

The room key didn’t work and attendant was rude saying it has to but she reset it n then it did. Almost a hundred dollars a nite no microwave , no iron, no coffee pot , no free breakfast, walk up window is rude , floors were dirty!! Huge crack under entry door, really didn’t like it at all no instructions on how tv worked !! Really wasn’t happy with that room!! No questionnaire there good thing!!!

HORRIBLE Avoid! Dead bugs and hair balls from previous tenants airbrushed on floor. Crusty bedspread. Bathroom tiles falling off. Curtains didn't close all the way. Air conditioner in pieces and barely cooled the room. Sticky floors and bathroom counters. Staff was unhelpful and tried to charge me twice for the room. Felt unsafe when it got later - left after a few hours and continued on my trip.

Made to use second floor accommodations because of new TV installations on first floor - inconvenient. The New TV in the room given didn't work - scree prompted to perform functions room TV remote couldn't perform. Dead insects and hair balls from previous stays - GROSS! Tiles in bathroom falling off. Floors were sticky. Bathroom counter was sticky. Threadbare washcloth and towels. TV stand propped up by USED makeup sponge/applicator. Refrigerator slid forward on the stand when the compressor would kick on. Room curtains do not cover entire window. Door to room sticks - hard to open and close. Check-in: clerk kept trying to charge me again for my stay. Had to show Expedia confirmation through security entrance that was hard to talk through. When checking in, unable to use touchpad check-in system process (signature was impossible! Isn't that some kind of fraud when the clerk has to sign for you?!) and clerk didn't offer to allow me inside the lobby, even though it was 6pm and still daylight outside AND another staff member was there with her. Didn't stay the night because didn't feel safe, continued on with my trip. Room air conditioner, barely cooled room and iin pieces. HORRIBLE STAY and can't believe then overall Expedia(dot)com rating was higher than Super 8 Motel that shares the parking lot and didn't care for on a previous trip. Never-ever staying at Knights Inn again. EVER (Clean sheets/pillow cases; pulled blanket/bedspread off; felt "crusty" in some places.)

Clean towel and clean bedding were very delightful. Staff was very helpful and polite. Toilet didn't flush properly at all. AC was off when entering the room, room was humid and hot. tv quality very poor. Price was a bit high for a room that doesn't even offer coffee.

Recervamos una cama king size y nos dieron un cuarto con cama doble. Cuando fuimos a decirles nos dijieron que era lo mismo. Y que ya no tenían más cuartos disponibles. Entramos al cuarto y está muy caliente. Tuvimos que prender el AC y salirnos unos 45 minutos en lo que se enfriaba un poco.

The rooms are dirty, smell of smoke. Would not provide refund when we checked out without staying there

I didn't need anything fancy. I just needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights. This place was good for my budget, and the person who helped me at the service desk was extremely kind.

Their were guests hanging out in the stairs drinking & smoking. People sitting outside their rooms in chairs just hanging out. This place allows anyone to do whatever. NOT SAFE. Both of my beds had hair on the sheets. I didn’t report the issues to the front desk because after looking at how they run their business, it wouldn’t matter if they brought me new sheets, I wouldn’t trust those either. I couldn’t wait for my stay to be OVER! And this property had the audacity to charge $100 incidental fee! For what? The doors were nasty, tub had rust spots, shower handle falls off. Never will stay again!!!!!

Don’t get me wrong you get what you pay for, but the room was poorly cared for the housekeeping did not do a great job cleaning the room. There was a dirty rag from the last guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. There was a dead bug in the bathtub. It was just poorly cleaned, and the equipment was not the best but for the price range it would probably be considered OK.

NOTHING, I DON’T RECOMMEND This property was dirty ass hell. Roaches soon as I openers the door and through out the whole stay. The lady up front was very rude and snobby.
