they knew the room had issues and would not switch rooms but said they would offer a refund and did not. the shower handle was not attached at all and fell off ever time you went to use it and i was just exprected to just make it work, the fridge apeard to have leaked at some point bc the wood under it was water damaged and the fridge didnt work. TV would work when it wanted to, about half the time the key card wouldnt work and would have to be reprogrammed and they kept saying it must have been too close to my phone when it was not near it at all. the on-site laundry was also not working. they were already aware of these issues with the room but was renting it out anyways.

$100 security deposit is crazy. There was not even a phone, or microwave in the room. Large questionable stains on the chair. Very rude and loud other tenants that kept me up all night, cops were called on girl screaming at 6am. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay again.

Give deposits back to the customer. You took the money from my card immediately but when it’s time to return it it’s now over 48hrs still no one answers the phone.

Couldn't sleep due to other guests outside talking loud and smoking unknown substance. Staff didn't do anything about it. Room was terrible.

The price was good but they don’t tell you that they are going to keep the deposit no matter what. The room was cleaner when I left then when I got there. The floors was so nasty I had to get Clorox wipes to clean it The staff was very rude and seemed inconvenienced with even checking me in and then very rude when I tried to extend my stay as the visit went longer than expected

room was sub par at best for the cost then i had to pay an additional security deposit before checking in. the a/c unit had mold on it and the flooring wasnt finished
