Clean comfortable room. Disappointed Fox channel didnt work in our room to watch the World cup championship but we were able to watch it in the lobby. Breakfast was ok, odd there was no butter. Staff was polite. Nice unique touch was the filtered water bottle filler on each floor. Good working gym equipment.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good! My kids and I used the pool and had a good time. Overall, no issues. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff did well, but seemed understaffed with the front desk person wearing many hats and having to be away from the desk. Breakfast consistently was missing items (napkins, waffle batter, etc.). And only one of the two washers worked. Don't think they were prepared for the influx of teams there for the tournament.

Very disappointing experience. They didn't even have soap in the shower, which is a basic necessity. The floor was heavily scratched and looked dirty, as if it hadn't been properly mopped. The outdoor patio, where guests sit and relax, smelled like marijuana every day. To make matters worse, there was no internet service during my stay. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest amenities.

Overall I'm satisfied. It's very clean quite nice staff and they have good breakfast.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious but were not very clean. The comforter had red stains, there was stuff all over the carpet and hardwood floors. It looks like they may have forgotten to clean them during the room cleaning, and there was a HUGE red stain in the carpet. It looked like a crime scene. Everything else was fine.

The advertising for this property was all fake. We booked a room with a kitchen and when we arrived they said the rooms had been updated and there were no kitchens. We brought our 10 month baby and requested for a crib. The had one pack and play crib that was broken to the point that a baby could not sleep in it. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a pack and play. The manager gave us a larger room but it was not what we requested and it was impossible to find another hotel room the same day with a baby.

We loved it

The renovations that were being done on the hotel during our stay. I understand that it needed to be done, but it's a minor inconvenience as well. We were coming in from a night on the town and the front sliding door was locked. It took the staff a hot minute to get it open. Also, the fact that we couldn't check in early, although I was assured we could. Given the fact that we drove all night into the morning makes for a pretty huge deal, especially when you're super tired. One more thing was the room keys because they didn't work on several tries to get in the room.

The staff was amazing, friendly helpful and very nice. Too much bleach! I felt like I couldn't breathe. Our room blinds were broken and it smelled of urine badly in our room

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast could have been a bit better. The bacon was really salty but the biscuits and gravy made up for that. The only thing that I didn’t like was the pool was very foggy. We didn’t swim in it.

If you’re looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay within a reasonable budget, I would recommend this place. I stayed in room 310, and it was spacious, bright, and very quiet. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was good. Free parking was a great benefit, and the staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming.

The room was very nice, breakfast was great. The attendant working the breakfast bar was very attentive and kept the food well stocked. There is a lot of road noise that can be heard from the rooms

Given this experience, I won’t be returning to this location and may reconsider staying with this hotel chain altogether. It was the worst!
