Ardmore Inn & Suites

Ardmore Inn & Suites was 100% under construction. There wasn't even signage. Windows had plastic. 1st floor where workers were had no air (but it's where breakfast is served). They were still accepting reservations through 3rd parties - using old pictures that were from the Comfort Inn they bought and are renovating, so it was completely misleading. The floor we were on wreaked of weed. The carpet in hall was dirty and torn, the hallway was dark. Laundry out of service, ice maker on the floor out of service. The refrigerator in the room didn't work, the microwave had a burned hole in it - which makes it unsafe. They replaced them and the guy working ther ewas helpful. The room was dusty (dusty on coffee maker, as one example) as if it hadn't been touched in weeks. They didn't pre-cool -it was 87 degrees. Our window "view" was plastic. There were stacks of tile and grout and supplies everywhere in lobby. It was awful. Ugly. Dangerous. Renting it - much less for $75/night should be criminal. Even if it's great when they're done - the owners are showing INCREDIBLY poor judgment renting rooms now.

Hot tub needs to be working and the building is under a major remodel... Other than that no issues as far as cleanliness or professionalism. Expedia states dog friendly you would think it would be, but it's 20.00$ a day fee and it's not advertised that way.

Let me start out by saying that they were under renovation so you have to cut them a little slack but even at that I'm not sure that I will ever stay there again. Pros: The front desk was kind, check in was easy and beds were pretty comfortable. Cons: the security latch on the safety door lock was broken, there was one lamp in the entire room, no fire alarm, shower was broken, serious lack of electrical plugs, no place at all to sit except the beds, the ice machine on our floor was down, no plates at breakfast so the waffle machine was put away and couldn't use, the milk tasted almost bad and the coffee was not good at all, even after trying to dress it up, I still could not drink it.

Overall I’d give this a 4/10 star rating. It was not advertised when booking or told to us after we booked that the entire hotel was under construction. There wasn’t a clean floor in site anywhere at all. The smell of paint and Sheetrock gave you an headache the minute you walked in. Our room had crayon markings on the walls, hair in the bath tub, and only 1 towel for the 5 of us. The breakfast was halfway stocked, the waffle makers wouldnt cook the batter all the way, there was no plates at all and when we told the front desk we got told “sorry we don’t have anymore”. It’s the first and the last time we will ever consider that hotel.

The property wasn’t just under construction…it was under deep renovation and it wasn’t clean….should have closed its door until the reno was done! But the worst part was the bed bugs that slept with us. Thankful for our refund!

The room was average, they where in the process of a remodel when we stayed there. The staff was great. The AC in our room was ice cold. The bed was so-so. Overall pleasant stay, would stay there again.

I understand this property was undergoing renovations- however that is no excuse for soiled linens (sheets and towels). The first bath towel I went to use was literally blackened with what I’m assuming was dirt or oil. We went to trade out towels for a new set. The second set was equally as filthy. At that point we had it. Not to mention the bugs crawling on the ceiling. We immediately grabbed our things and went to check out within 30 mins of arriving. While going back downstairs, the hotel clerk was nowhere to be found. We waited about 15 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk so we could check right out. Honestly, this is just unacceptable. Renovations are one thing but the bugs, terrible service (and no refund, or even partial) and filthy linens are what drove us out ASAP! Do not stay here!

The Hotel is under renovation and it was still in excellent condition!

Despite the construction it was very clean! Some things were scuffed and stained but they were pretty clearly construction debris which I didn't mind. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast bar is very small but it was fine. The indoor pool was kinda nasty and absolutely FRIGID somehow. The elevator genuinely sounded like it had trapped souls of the damned but it never broke down on us.

I like the people who work here they are very friendly. The beds are comfortable and the room are large.they are working on the motel so they are some repairs going on. They do have breakfast and has a very light parking lot. The noise is low you can actually sleep without hearing your neighbor

The hotel is being renovated and it may not be done until August 2026. With that being said, It was quiet and the AC worked well. The microwave oven in the room did not work and the TV remote was not programmed to the TV (the clerk was unable to pair it). Breakfast consists of apples, bananas, cold cereal, or waffles. Even on the weekends they did not offer anything additional which was disappointing. There was no maid service even after we requested it one day.

This place is nasty and disgusting! It’s not fit for a pet to live there!unexceptable!!!!

We had room 205 this hotel is undergoing major renovation, which we were not aware of when we booked the shower in the bathroom had a crack in the wall. There was a stain on the toilet on the left-hand side and the TV did not work at all limited breakfast options the plus side was we had a good night sleep well wait to give it another chance after the renovation is done
