The property wasn’t just under construction…it was under deep renovation and it wasn’t clean….should have closed its door until the reno was done! But the worst part was the bed bugs that slept with us. Thankful for our refund!

The room was average, they where in the process of a remodel when we stayed there. The staff was great. The AC in our room was ice cold. The bed was so-so. Overall pleasant stay, would stay there again.

Nothing. Pretty much everything was bad. The breakfast was horrible. The waffle maker didn’t work. The milk was bad. The hotel manager told us they don’t have any meat on the breakfast bar because he’s Muslim. We didn’t quite understand what that had to do with what he served to his guests. We heard another guest complaining she got bed bugs and requested a refund. The mattress and sheets were disgusting. Looked like blood and pee stains. The staff didn’t care about cleanliness. The crew they have remodeling is messy and have stuff everywhere. My family is in the hotel remodel business and would have an absolute cow if their guys left the lobby and elevator the way this construction crew left it. The pool is also disgusting.

The young lady working there was trying to be helpful It was hot, dirty and in the middle of renovation. The breakfast was awful.

Honestly, Nothing was good about this stay! Honestly, if I could get my money back, I would. Honestly, it was a bad experience. The place was under construction... literally pallets of buildings supplies in the lobby where breakfast was supposed to be served. Unfinished sheet rock,dust a very big disappointment. If I had known the condition of this property prior to booking, I would have NEVER stayed here! My room was supposed to be on the ground floor and was on the 2nd floor.Then I was supposed to have a room close to elevators as im 100% handicapped and it was Not . The shower had zero grab handles (highly dangerous) there was mold and rust in my shower! There was what appeared to be anchors for a grab bar sticking out of shower liner. Also, the refrigerator was not working properly. The a/c was so loud it was hard to try and get any sleep. Be warned this property is NOT a good choice and a disaster.

I understand this property was undergoing renovations- however that is no excuse for soiled linens (sheets and towels). The first bath towel I went to use was literally blackened with what I’m assuming was dirt or oil. We went to trade out towels for a new set. The second set was equally as filthy. At that point we had it. Not to mention the bugs crawling on the ceiling. We immediately grabbed our things and went to check out within 30 mins of arriving. While going back downstairs, the hotel clerk was nowhere to be found. We waited about 15 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk so we could check right out. Honestly, this is just unacceptable. Renovations are one thing but the bugs, terrible service (and no refund, or even partial) and filthy linens are what drove us out ASAP! Do not stay here!

The Hotel is under renovation and it was still in excellent condition!

Despite the construction it was very clean! Some things were scuffed and stained but they were pretty clearly construction debris which I didn't mind. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast bar is very small but it was fine. The indoor pool was kinda nasty and absolutely FRIGID somehow. The elevator genuinely sounded like it had trapped souls of the damned but it never broke down on us.

The beds are comfortable and the room are large.they are working on the motel so they are some repairs going on. They do have breakfast and has a very light parking lot. The noise is low you can actually sleep without hearing your neighbor

The hotel is being renovated and it may not be done until August 2026. With that being said, It was quiet and the AC worked well. The microwave oven in the room did not work and the TV remote was not programmed to the TV (the clerk was unable to pair it). Breakfast consists of apples, bananas, cold cereal, or waffles. Even on the weekends they did not offer anything additional which was disappointing. There was no maid service even after we requested it one day.

This place is nasty and disgusting! It’s not fit for a pet to live there!unexceptable!!!!

We had room 205 this hotel is undergoing major renovation, which we were not aware of when we booked the shower in the bathroom had a crack in the wall. There was a stain on the toilet on the left-hand side and the TV did not work at all limited breakfast options the plus side was we had a good night sleep well wait to give it another chance after the renovation is done

The property is under renovation. 1st room had dirty Lenins. 2nd room was under full construction.

Nothing! I only wish I had read the reviews before booking this place!!! I could have avoided wasting good money on this DUMP!!! My husband & I travel to Ardmore at least once a month for work & instead of booking our usual hotel, I decided to try this one because they have a pool & my husband loves to swim. When we get there the ENTIRE place is under renovation. I had to push the automatic door open to enter, the lobby is covered in spackle & paint & dust everywhere, the flooring is ripped up. It was TORE UP! Then upon checking in, I see the sign saying the pool was "closed for maintenance." This further irritated me, because this was the primary reason I chose this location! When I got to the room & opened the door, I thought, "ok, well at least the room looks decent." Looks can be deceiving. The bed was terrible, I could feel every spring in that mattress. On top of that, I was kept awake all night by the feeling of something biting me!! The ice machine was out of order, as was the elevator. The breakfast (if you could call it that) was HORRIBLE ? only watery, gooey waffles & cereal. We were only given 2 towels for the entire 3 nights that we were there. It was just a NIGHTMARE & I was mad at myself for the duration of my stay for booking here. As I went back to read the reviews (which i will ALWAYS do from henceforth) i saw all the same complaints I had, being voiced again & again. So, apparently this place has been a cesspool for quite some time!!! I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO A DOG!!!
