When we got in the lady at the check in desk was super sweet and helpful we were able to get checked in pretty quick, our only issue was the room was very humid and smelled like carpet that had been left in the rain then left to dry. Everything felt wet and nasty. The room was overall clean and cozy just the wet and humid room
