Dirty rooms, broken furniture, staff not very helpful
-
Next day moved to another room (luckily no water fall) room was still dirty dots all over the walls, bathroom dirty, curtains broken and chair in the room was shredded & broken. Staff would not provide compensation for poor conditions of either room and wouldnt cancel reservation after night 1 so we were stuck or waist money to move to a different hotel. Highly recommend staying at a different hotel!!

Clean linens and towels. Bed and pillows a bit too firm for my liking. Nice shampoo and soaps. Overall, a very good value.

Not the most clean or up to date hotel. Had neighbors that stayed up til 4am drinking and listening to music on the porch outside our door. Get what you pay for and all that.

From the time we arrived the staff were pleasant, glad to help in any way, always greeting us with a smile. It was so nice to stay somewhere that you felt appreciated and important. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The continental breakfast was a variety of foods available in a clean roomy dining room. I will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was friendly

It's a good place to stay one night, well for me it is because it seems like there is people living in the rooms or staying a long time. The only thing good of the breakfast is the waffles, they don't have to many choices, for drink they just have coffe.

The rooms are newly renovated and spacious. Enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant area.

Couldn’t pay me to stay again.

I had ordered a smoking room by online by mistake and the staff quickly found a non- smoking room.

Convenient to where I was going, places to eat close , price great, staff nice, breakfast good. Carpet dirty bathtub dirty ring around sink, 3 receptacles not working coffee pot and hair dryer non functional electricity went out in room while there and smelt like bathroom on fire, we were moved to another room quickly

Location My bathroom wasn’t clean , they have people hanging around in the parking lot

It’s not great, but let’s start with the positives. Location is good and easy to access and park. Beds are comfortable. Now for the bad. My sheet had a full size shoe print on it. The comforter had stains. You could see stained pillows beneath the cases. Thank goodness I always travel with my own pillow. Expansive mold in the bathtub and sink areas. Faucet ran water the entire time of our stay. Toilet kept getting stuck and loudly ran. Smelled bad upon arrival. We traveled with a family member and her room also had lots of mold and blood stains on the lampshade. But I guess you get what you pay for, right? I wouldn’t stay again.

Breakfast was good & the bed was very comfortable. Nothing in the rooms worked correctly. We booked a total of 4 nights & were moved 3 times, twice in the same night! The first time, they had apparently overbooked & the room we were upgraded to for free was rented to someone else for the 3rd night. In the 2nd room we went in, adjusted the A/C to our preferred setting & it started smoking immediately! So much so that it set off the fire alarm. We were then moved to another room, & in that room the T.V. would come on just momentarily, before the screen went black. So, we were then moved AGAIN. Third time must've been a charm, because after that there were no further issues. We were in town for work, so these repeated issues at the end of a 12 hr. shift (when all i wanted was a hot shower & to go to bed) were highly irritating to say the least!

Very picky/ and was pleased

Our 2nd room was okay. Our 1st room was HORRIBLE. Our shower ran continously & TV wasnt working. The room seem outdated. The room had spots all over it. I've never experienced a room this horrible. However we did transfer room and it was good. Because of our initial stay we will not staying at Days Inn

Location Better breakfast

Trashy hotel, everything was broken, including the TV. The fact that they charged me twice for the hotel room and refused to get back to me via phone, email or messaging.
