The cleaning staff and maintenance guy named John were great! John was very helpful and the cleaning lady was very nice. They found out that it was my son’s birthday, and while cleaning they decorated the room with balloons. My son and his cousins enjoyed it. The only complaint that I had was that it was 100* outside and when we got there, the ac was not on and it took hours to cool the room down. The fridge and microwave was also unplugged, and the fridge never did get kick on. It was very dated so that wasn’t a surprise!

This hotel/motel fit my financial needs rather than fitting my luxurious needs or wants. The old addage falls so true, "you get what you pay for." And that quote is not being disparaging to the hotel nor it's staff. I was comfortable, I felt clean, and proud I saved on hotel expenses.

First, one of the guests threatens to assault me. I tell the proprietor, explaining to them that they’re unregistered and should be booted from the property as per their own property’s policy… what does the proprietor do? Nothing. Tells me “stay in your room all night for your own safety”. Yeah. Second, one of the unregistered guests gets into the pool, sits on the steps, spreads her legs, and announces to her boyfriend that she is currently peeing in the pool so she doesn’t have to get out and use the toilet in her room. I report this as well. Do you think they care? No. No they do not. Never again and emailing the c-suite tomorrow. Never again.

Easy check in and out.

Cost was perfect. I was traveling through and didn’t need a lot. Beds were comfortable and everything clean. In n out .. easy. Staff was very nice, retrieved my booking and gave me a key. Not complicated at all!! We’re on vacation so that’s exactly what I needed! Thank you! No complaints!

The staff was excellent. Pet friendly. Clean rooms. Plenty of parking.

Location and staff. Great value for sure. No coffee. No breakfast... everything else was good for the cost, though.

Shower

When I got at my motel it was not clean it looked like they just made the beds and that was it got put into another room it was a lot cleaner than the first room was not sweat they did not move stuff to clean underneath like the microwave underneath it was nasty

Booked a Disability assisted room with a Queen bed got a full sized bed shower looked like it had urine in it

It had a nice friendly restaurant next store it had great tv service everyone was friendly had washer n dryers it was quiet The toilet was very small and little hard to use it

Very nice staff

The room smelled awful and had cigarette burns on the comforter.

No towels either night had to call for them to bring some the 1st night and the second night literally had a wash cloth and a hand towel on the bed!! Non smoking room stunk of smoke so bad it gave me a headache!

Location to my husbands job Stuffy, very uncomfortable beds, tv kept cutting out

The room was very clean! I love the fact that it’s pet friendly! Made the trip so much smoother knowing my dogs weren’t a problem!

Nice comfortable bed hot shower very quiet will definitely be back
