Not acceptable!!! . Room was clean only good thing. Ants in room. breakfast poor got bottle of water. Small bottle of orange juice and a very small apple in bag for breakfast not acceptable. Will not return here.

the front desk lady was very helpful and the room was clean

I would stay there again, but they’re in the middle of renovations and they need new pillows and new towels

The hotel is under renovation which was not made known. Breakfast wasn’t served. The pool was green and there was a toilet sitting outside next to it? The sheets had stains and non linens were provided for the pull out in the room. No elevator or it wasn’t in service. Hair all over the room, pee on the toilet seat.

The pool was not clean. We did not get the breakfast. We got a banana and Tang. We were not informed that the hotel was under remodel. Rooms looked like you were sleeping in a construction zone. Parking was very limited due to garbage cans and construction workers will not stay there again.

Disappointing

When booked no mention of being under renovation. 1. Tv not working had to have maintenance come in and fix it . 2. only had 1 station on tv receptionist had to come fix. Both times there were wires that weren’t connected behind the tv so the had to pull out wall fixture etc. 3. Suite booked for 5 people only (2) sets of towels had to request more. 4. No sheets or pillows available for the sofa bed. Had to request. 15 min later no sheets went down stairs she advised she got busy on the computer. 5. Leaking bathroom sink. Told front desk and advised I placed a towel there. No one ever came to address this. Towel still under sink. 6. Ironing board has no cover I did not report I just picked another outfit. 7. Went to down stairs for breakfast bags which included an apple a bottle of sunny D and a bottle of water. I asked if this was truly breakfast she stated yes and that’s all they had. I expressed that this is not breakfast for even a child and my disappointment in the stay. 8. Coffee machine in room had no filter in order to make coffee had to request as well. 9. Phone did not work so every instance meant me walking to the front desk. 10. No construction start and end times. So 9:49pm at night on the phone with Expedia and they even heard the noise from construction workers. Manager stated never addressed it but front desk said no refunds after requesting a partial. Never again

The location was good, the front desk employee was very welcoming and kind. The room was not clean to standard; paint chips/dust were in the beds and all over the floor and bugs and leftover trash from previous guests. The A/C was not on prior to arrival so the room was very hot and stuffy. We both woke up with our eyes swollen and stuffy noses due to painting dust.

Nothing at all! There was mold in our room. Foul smelling black mold. They offered to go into the clean it out with bleach. That mold could not be removed. Hotel did not have an elevator and they did not any other rooms on the first floor. Unable to climb stairs due to being handicapped. Horrible that they would even try to rent that room out. We stayed somewhere else.

The cleanliness and the kindness of the staff! I was trying to think of anything negative, but I really couldn’t come up with anything.

The breakfast bar was disappointing and didn’t have much to offer. It closed at 9am so it was closed by the time we got the kids up and ready. The staff was nice but we won’t stay there again.

My family and I reversed a room with two beds for two nights. The room had an off putting oder. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling above the shower area. There was black hair left on the backside of the bathroom door. The beds are really firm. The pool was green, not blue like in the website pics. Housekeeping did not replace the toilet paper the next morning.

Good room size, comfortable bed Kinda humid in the room

It was easy to find. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The mattress was too hard for me. Normally I sleep in a recliner.I have back problems due to scoliosis. Other than the bed everything was great.

The beds No ice. Machine was broken. Pool was unavailable.
