Hotel poisoned my pets and … then still charged me a pet fee. Yeah.

I told this to the proprietor and the housekeeping, and the housekeeping confirmed that they knew about these curtains for a while, but did not want to replace them because they were “too cheap to do it”. When I spoke to the proprietor about it, they kept on dodging responsibility, stating that “these curtains were Wyndham’s curtains not their’s so go after them”, “no other animals ever got sick before”, etc. They were clearly not going to take responsibility. So of course, they didn’t refund me, which is not a big deal, but it’s pretty ridiculous. In addition, they still also charged me a pet fee. They almost killed my pets, but they still charged me a pet fee! I reported this to the c-suite at Wyndham + filed a lawsuit last week against the hotel. Beware.

Just wanted to mention one thing. If you see a picture of a pool, make sure you ask if its open.

Room was filthy, floors dirty and very stale smell. Staff was rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend

We ended up being relocated to another hotel for our stay. The pool was the main reason we booked here and when we arrived it was non functioning and green. The ice machine was also broken but you could get ice from the front desk.

No breakfast available, old building smells like smoke.

The night stand needed to be wiped off. It looked like something was spilled on it. No pillowcase on one of my pillows. Ice machine broken. Coffee machine broken. Orange juice machine broken. Our shower was very clean and the staff was friendly. A/C did make some weird noises. Was a little dated but seemed clean. Even though it was too cold to use the pool my husband said when he looked it was green.

It was an older motel that had been updated somewhat. Our room smelled like old smoke in the old carpet. The television was great aswas the host.
