Very nice clean and affordable
-
Jacuzzi wasn’t working the entire week stay and my tv kept turning off.
-
good
-
It was very clean and roomy. The things I didn’t like it took forever for the shower to get hot and no water pressure and the tv is to small and slow for the room other than that it’s great
-
There is a breakfast but it’s very basic
-
Very adequate for a quick overnight stay on my way to DFW

Staff were very kind and welcoming. Sheets and room were clean. Elevator and common areas could be cleaner.

:D I liked this hotel. It was nice

I accidentally booked the room for the wrong night and instead of making me go through a long and painful call with Expedia to rebook, the manager resolved the problem without that hassle. The motel was clean. My only problem was the tub was very slick and I nearly fell out of it when showering. It needs a rubber mat or something before someone gets hurt.

Clean room

The sex with my man's. #Hook-Up Out of conditioner in the bathroom.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Hot tub was out of order and was one of the biggest reasons why we chose this location. Big disappointment. They should make this known, at check-in or before, to give people an option to look elsewhere.

This property was Springhill Suites and sold to Comfort Inn. They were not able to fine our booking when I called a 2 week before Aug. 28. I called Booking and was told it was taken care of. The next day I called Comfort Inn and was told they had the booking. When we arrived 3 people checked and said they did not have a booking. I showed them the e-mail from Springhill suites and from Comfort Inn. Then they found the booking and told me they would check if the Springhill suites rate was lower then they rate. I told them it was paid in full and show they my booking. The manager was very rude and gave us the key and he would check on it. When we checked out he told me I was the person that had a problem. He told me it was Marriott problem. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn. Not sure about Booking.

That I paid for the breakfast and the options were not all that great.

Great attentive staff
-
Easy to book online and the price The room was 84 when we got there and took 8 hours to cool down. Hair was in the shower.

Nice place
-
Water pressure was low!

For the price, this was a fantastic hotel. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is bc in our room there was a stench coming from the mini fridge area. It smelled like a dead mouse or something like that. We didn’t see anything of that sort but we’ve smelled that before. The couple that checked us in were great. Friendly and very accommodating. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Couple areas in the room needed some maintenance but did not have a big impact on the room.
