Breakfast was really bad Hard to sleep in the hard beds and bad pillows Elevator got stuck several times and my family inside of the elevator Will never stay again

The room was clean, the staff is friendly, and the pool was nice. The breakfast has a nice variety.

It was a nice cozy place for the most part We walked into the room and the floors were not swept and there was lil chunks of foam pieces all over the floor and the bathroom floor was all dirty like it also wasn’t swept

The breakfast was hot and fresh. Plenty of food. Eating area was nice and clean. Everything was great. Attendant was very pleasant Uneasy about the amount of pets not in carriers. One barked at me in the lobby. Shouldn't be able to be in common areas with guests

Nothing The hotel was extremely dirty. The first guest room had an unmade bed and wasn’t clean, so we were moved to a second room — which had bugs on the bed and was also dirty. We immediately left and did not stay. When I asked for a refund. (Didn’t get my full refund) Very disappointing experience, and I would never stay here.

Not much! Dog had peed on the wall by the bathroom and had not been cleaned up! Glasses were dirty and hair was in the bathtub! The dog not the hair was ours.

The location was great for traveling with pets. Big field to walk in, great sidewalks around the area, and most people cleaned up after themselves. The room was big, new, and comfortable. Pots, pans, and dishes were provided. Staff wasn't interactive but that was appreciated to a degree, and I was coming and going at odd hours since I was there to do some training with the dogs. Other hotel guests were quiet and generally polite which was beautiful. The pet deposit is steep and some of the trim was falling off the wall when we arrived. No dishsoap was left so you have to buy your own. No veteran or first responder discount was applied.
