Bed was broken down, room smelled.

My wife and I were assigned room 317. The room smelled damp and was not a room we could stay in. We were then assigned to room 312. The thermostat didn't work and the temperature in the room was 69 degrees. There was no way to either raise the temperature or turn off the A/C. The buffoon at the front desk said he couldn't do anything about the temperature in the room and said he would provide us more blankets. Obviously not acceptable. We were then assigned to room 318. The thermostat worked so we were able to make the temperature comfortable. However the stopper in the sink wouldn't stay closed. I would suggest someone (maybe the manager) go to every room and check things out to be sure they work. For a number of years we have stayed at that particular Holiday Inn Express 4 times a year. Never again!

Everything was great. Only complaint was the water pressure for the bathroom sink. The stream of water came out as thin as a spaghetti trickling out of the faucet which was incredibly inconvenient. ( room #304)

We only stayed one night. Easy and friendly check in. Clean towels, clean sheets, clean room. No problems and breakfast had lots to choose from.

Room was just okay. The bathroom needed work, but the beds were comfortable. The hallway of the hotel needed to be cleaned and the pool was scary looking. Wasn’t our worst stay, but wasn’t close to being the best either. The hotel needs work.

The hotel room was nice. Washer & dryer out on 2 floors but hopefully they got them fixed.

The beds were made with damp sheets/covers. Found mold on the coffee cups in our room. Television did not connect to any channels despite using the troubleshoot features. Went to front desk to state our problems and did not offer solutions, so we decided to check out and not stay the night.

Everything was great, the only problem we had was that they don’t clean the rooms daily if you’re staying for more than one night, you have to request it.

0 stars and would definitely NOT recommend it at all. A complete FAIL!!!!

We were willing to spend some time at the pool and it was really disappointing to see it so dirty.

Good location with activities and restaurants within walking distance. Pool and hot tub are great.
