Hotel/room was clean. Staff was helpful. Location was great…close to highway, Starbucks, Chili’s, Braum’s, and Whataburger. If needed, would stay here again. Didn’t try the hotel bfast. There was no place to buy water/sofa/snacks at the hotel. Minor thing, but overall stay was good.

I had a wonderful stay. I really liked the personalized welcome with my name displayed on the TV screen in the room. It was a unique touch that made me feel welcomed. The hotel also had great entertainment options, and everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and attractions, was within walking distance. The convenient location made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed that the hot tub was out of service during our stay

Nice night clerk Ridiculous price to pay and breakfast not included. Mistake I won’t make again. Could have stayed 4 other places as nice and breakfast would have been included.

Hot tub was super dirty and closed. Our window leaked water. The washer was out of order and had standing water.

Great location:close to interstate and food places. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Sleep was uncomfortable as the room would not stay cool.

The carpet was super stained and the kitchen staff was so overwhelmed that I had to get a refund for breakfast; I waited for 30 minutes without the server coming to take my order after I was greeted. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The person at the front desk was very helpful in helping with the refund for breakfast.
