The windows room was smeared dirty! I DIDN'T GET SERVICE THE NEXT DAY. NO CLEAN TOWELS, NO CLEAN ROOM, NO MADE BEDS, AND THEY DIDN'T TAKE THE TRASH OUT OF COURSE. THE SECOND DAY WE ASKED FOR CLINTON HOUSE AND THEY GAVE US ONE, THEN THEY TOOK US MORE TOWELS WITH STAINS ON EM. AND THEY GAVE US THE SHEETS FOR US TO MAKE OUR OWN BED. WE HAD TO TAKE OUR OWN TRASH AND GIVE IT TO THEM. I LOST MY CREDIT CARD, AND I FIGURED THAT SINCE I DROPPED MY PHONE BY THE BED, IT WOULD BE THERE WHEN I CALLED HIM. HE SAID HE WAS GONNA CHECK WELL. APPARENTLY HE DIDN'T CALL ME BACK. BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK, HE WAS RUDE AND SAID, I CHECKED IT, AND THERE'S NO CREDIT CARD AND AND I SAID, WELL, WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME BACK? AND HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING AND HUNG UP!!

Nothing because I submitted a refund because I booked the wrong place and waited for a response from my understanding booking .com was waiting for a response back from them but seems like no one cared No communication

I like everything and it's very clean and I love staying at the hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The noise from children in the hallway and in the adjoining room was too much. Commode was running all the time except when I jiggled the handle. TV quit working.

It’s very dirty. There’s dead bugs on the floor and it smells like a mix of cigarettes and urine. The outlet didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush and there was hair in my bed before I even got in.

Required an additional $25 refundable deposit when I got there that they did not refund even though there was no damage to the room. The bedspread had burn holes in it and the towels were stained. The "nonrefundable" additional deposit to the $54 I paid for the room and the burn holes in the duvet and the stains on the towels.

Nothing jet! I got very bad experience about this hotel. They could not check me & my wife in because our names could not be found in their system. So we left.

Place was alright for the 60$ I paid can’t really ask for anything more then that would go again if I needed a place to stay after winstar.

What a DUMP! Dirty,nasty,smelled bad, room ac didn't work, room is NOT ACCESSABLE.. there is a 2 inch high threshold between room and bathroom. Bed way to freaking high ,no. ,I mean absolutely no bed tables in the room ,no lamps, just florescent lights..staff was absolutely the WORST I have ever encountered.
