The bad….washing machine was broken, the upstairs of the property ( the only place with an ice machine and stairs only) was filthy. I felt sorry for those who had to stay up there. It did come with breakfast. The juice machine was not even filled. ( don’t think it was even plugged in) they had yogurt, waffles, oatmeal and bagels and some stale cereal. It was breakfast, just not great. No fruit, muffins, or juice. Those would have been nice.

Our air conditioner was off and on. Our TV was out every night who they had to completely reset it. Asked for an extra blanket or towels and were told they don’t have any. We stayed here based off great reviews but seriously book elsewhere… breakfast was not filled every morning and when asked to refill cereal or waffle mix by several people staying there staff ignored us. There was also two cockroaches in our room. They denied our deposit return due to a dot of spilled juice on the the bed sheet. When we also asked for additional shampoo and conditioner packets, we’re told they don’t have any more.

The windows room was smeared dirty! I DIDN'T GET SERVICE THE NEXT DAY. NO CLEAN TOWELS, NO CLEAN ROOM, NO MADE BEDS, AND THEY DIDN'T TAKE THE TRASH OUT OF COURSE. THE SECOND DAY WE ASKED FOR CLINTON HOUSE AND THEY GAVE US ONE, THEN THEY TOOK US MORE TOWELS WITH STAINS ON EM. AND THEY GAVE US THE SHEETS FOR US TO MAKE OUR OWN BED. WE HAD TO TAKE OUR OWN TRASH AND GIVE IT TO THEM. I LOST MY CREDIT CARD, AND I FIGURED THAT SINCE I DROPPED MY PHONE BY THE BED, IT WOULD BE THERE WHEN I CALLED HIM. HE SAID HE WAS GONNA CHECK WELL. APPARENTLY HE DIDN'T CALL ME BACK. BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK, HE WAS RUDE AND SAID, I CHECKED IT, AND THERE'S NO CREDIT CARD AND AND I SAID, WELL, WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME BACK? AND HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING AND HUNG UP!!

I like everything and it's very clean and I love staying at the hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The noise from children in the hallway and in the adjoining room was too much. Commode was running all the time except when I jiggled the handle. TV quit working.
