Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ardmore

Bad renovation job. The room had a musty smell to it. Staff were not very friendly.

The toilet rocked back and forth. Lock was broken. Parts of the flooring missing. There were holes and stains in the sheets. Carpet in hallway was dirty and stained. Doesn't look like it has been swept in a long time. The staff was rude. The tubs look so bad, none of my group attempted to get a shower. No refund after seeing the place and the pictures when buying are misleading.

Unfortunately, as soon as I walked into the lobby to check in, I had concerns about the cleanliness of the property. When I opened the door to my room, I was greeted by a humid, unpleasant odor. The floor was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The bed sheets had holes and visible stains, the windows were dirty, and the bathroom walls were covered with grime. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. I was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel and would not stay here again.

I didn't end up staying the night, so I can't say how the room was. I walked into tge main lobby, though. It's definitely a place for a quick overnight stay. I think I would feel more comfortable staying there if I had someone with me, to be honest.

Everything concerning the motel went great. Didn't get to stay in the end but the room was clean and in good condition. Would definitely return in the future if needing a room in the Ardmore area.

I didn’t get to stay there. I booked the wrong hotel but the outside does not look like the pic on here. They did not want to refund me my back 😡

Room 206 is nasty , their were bugs and the pipes were busted and overall just filthy, it smelt like smoke and mold inside the room and I was disappointed with my stay .

Great price for what you get. Clean, friendly, breakfast, and safe. Would definitely stay again.

Availability of room on short notice the staff was not cooperative at all especially the help desk and reception staff.

I like the set up of the lobby. I also liked the waffles that were served for breakfast and the layout of the bathroom in the room. They also dated him to find two brushes for everyone. And the next day gave us an iron that even though it was heavenly burned it did work. The room service lady was rude, weird standing, blocking the back entrance. The room had some type of stench. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The blanket had a burn hole in it and it was a non-smoking room. Most of the lights didn’t work in the room. The pillows seemed very worn, kind of flat.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Upon checkin staff was awesome, kind and friendly. Breakfast was good. Only thing is I wish there was more of a selection.
