Family gathering in Ardmore OK. Holiday Inn is always our go to hotel whenever we visit. Always clean, professional staff nice rooms. We did not do the next door breakfast at The Rock. PRAIRIE KITCHEN & JIMMY'S Egg is the best for breakfast.

Food was less than expected. It had been sitting out for a while. Wasn't appetizing. My room was open when I went to it. The locks had been left in an open position so the door would not close. I reported this to the main desk which they offered to change my room but I said I did not think that was necessary. He said he would let the housekeeping staff know.

First the good. The A/C worked amazing and the hot water was fast and plentiful. The bad is a much longer list. Do not pay extra for the premium king corner room. It is the same size or smaller than just a king room. We were put in the wrong room at first so saw both. The bed was very hard and that is uncomfortable to me. The breakfast that they charge for is the same basic gross breakfast you get for free at most hotels. The halls felt like the heated was running and were very hot. Our room had bare minimum towels, toilet paper, and soap. We had to request more of all of them. The toiletries provided were of cheap poor quality and seemed watered down. The parking is not convenient at all and there are very few handicapped spots for those who may need them.
