Residents on first floor live there full time and give it a weird vibe. Staff also gave our room to someone else at 2 am, so someone random walk in our room at 2 am. Couldn’t pay me to stay there again

We checked in around 10 on at night and were tired so didn't have a chance to tell the front desk to change to another room. Upon check out after 2 days, we informed the front desk regarding the issue so they can fix the issue for the next guests.

We are at a different hotel now and the breakfast at Comfort In is MUCH better! You get scrambled eggs and sausage along with the coffee, juices, bagels etc. At Quality In the offerings are sparse and no eggs or sausage!

Property and hotel management were attentive, rooms were clean and modern. Central air and balcony view were an amazing plus, hotel was 15-20 away from all main attractions. Which saves on time the area is really quite, only issue along the trip was the WiFi. The wifi connection speeds are so weak you won’t be able to get anything done really

In a centrally located area. Big room and very accommodating front desk staff.

The water did not drain out of the sink or the shower. When the first brushed their teeth all the toothpaste foam and spit just sat there..ugh. Our flight had been canceled and we had hung around the airport for hours. So we were too exhausted to even go downstairs and switch to another room. I had stayed at these properties before and they were fine. Avoid this property! A big waste of 200 dollars

Hair all over the bed that wasn't mine or my son's. Hair all over the floor of the bathroom. Shower was dirty.
