The room quality exceeded expectations. The breakfast had many options and was a nice perk. Excellent value for the price.

Room was clean , TV did not work, there was animal hair throughout the ENTIRE hotel, breakfast was ok could be better, lobby was filled with flies due to lack of changing garbage, overnight staff was sleeping and talking to friends majority of time. Pool was disgusting, a lot of families living in 1st floor where kids are ruining around all types of the night with trash all in the hallways. I had to check out 2 days earlier than I paid for due to how disgusting this hotel was and the lack of service I received. Manager was very understanding and issued me a refund at check out still have to wait 5-10 business days for processing.

No staff at check-in upon arrival had to ro wait 10-15 mins to check in.

I asked for room service never came only once in 5 days. The side walks by garbage cans need to be cleaned power wash!! There all dirty ! Garbage in the hallways.

This hotel was a great, dependable option for our stay in the Chicago area. Everything was remarkably clean, comfortable, and cozy, making it a very pleasant place to return to at the end of the day. A solid choice overall! No complaints—it met our expectations perfectly for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable beds, new linens. Adequate breakfast . I always felt safe. I recommend. I would have liked a trash bin in the bathroom. Also one elevator was out one day, but overall I enjoyed our stay.

Clean room and staff very good

The rooms itself were clean however the hotel had a very peculiar smell in the hallways and there were some residents in the hotel which looked like were staying permanently at the ground floor and occupied the common areas to sit and were noisy in the nights standing in the parking lot smoking etc. The breakfast quality was poor.

The staff was very friendly, but the property needs updating and deeper cleaning. They only clean rooms during your stay on request. We stayed 3 nights, so I requested cleaning at 10:00 a.m. before our final night. When we returned briefly to our room at 4 p.m. it had not been cleaned. I asked again and they said it should have been cleaned and that the cleaning staff was leaving for the day. They apologized and said they would see if they could do it, but if they hadn't by the time we got back to stop by the front desk again and they would at least give us clean towels. We got back for the night at 11 p.m. and the room still wasn't cleaned. I went back to the desk to ask for towels and they said we would have to wait until the morning because they were all in the laundry! Next morning we went back at 8:30 a.m. and they gave us a couple towels, but still didn't have any washcloths. Also there's only 1 small trash can for the room (not even a separate one for the bathrooom) and with 4 people for 3 days it obviously needed to be emptied. If they're not going to clean the rooms during your stay they need to provide more resources.

The entire first floor is families of 7+ living in the hotel. Smells terrible and is always loud.

The front desk personnel

It was alright, nothing special.

Some cosmetic updates but average at best. Large groups of people hanging out in parking lot and lobby. Arrived for 2nd night to discover keys had been deactivated. It served the purpose but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Front desk manager was very kind, answered all my questions and he was always friendly. The room was generally clean and comfortable, Nice facilities and location. When I misplaced my card, they quickly gave me a new one. The breakfast was tasty. The website claimed parking cost $5 per vehicle but desk manager advised me it was free (thankfully). One of the rooms wasn't completely ready when I moved in: hair left in the shower stall/curtain and on the bathroom floor. Microwave missing (staff provided one later). When coming to check out, admittedly early, nobody was manning the desk (but called later and manager made sure I was properly checked out). The temperature also wasn't low enough on the mini-fridge in this room (I had to pull it out of its cabinet since the dial was on the back but I got it adjusted). Water was shut off shortly after breakfast making it hard to get water bottles refilled without going back up to the room. TV was hard to use: the "preview channel" numbers didn't line up with the actual channels so it was hard to find something to watch without randomly clicking on channels (CNN, AMC, etc). Rolling carts could use some kind of indicator (like a color strip or arrow) showing which side has the wheels that turn (this is a problem with most hotel carts). One of the cooking staff got into an argument with another staffer and I overheard their argument in the lobby (seemed unprofessional). Someone was vaping in the lobby (only briefly, looks like he was sneaking where he shouldn't). I was on my way out so didn't say anything and it didn't recur. The website claimed there were board games on site for guests to use but the manager clarified there were none (good thing I asked before coming).

The property was nice and clean I loved my experience

The room was nice and clean for the most part. Water pressure for the shower head was awful. Breakfast was good. The pool/pool area wasn’t very clean nor inviting. There seemed to be a lot of long term stays at this hotel.
