Good stay

It was terrible experience with this property firstly they have refused to check in on time due to room was not ready secondly the staff behaviour was horrible. I would never prefer this hotel on future.

Price , bed and pillows were comfortable. Saw a rat the size of a cat. Just old no elevator luckily I got first floor or would have got a refund since I'm handicap could not climb those stairs.

The person working at night tried to cancel my reservation so they could sell the room for a $150.

This location could use some attention. The bed and pillows were both uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room itself was acceptable, but there wasn't much else that stood out in a positive way. The only staff member I interacted with wasn't rude or hostile, but they gave the impression of doing the absolute minimum. The interaction was transactional rather than welcoming, and you could tell they weren't particularly happy to be there. The shower was a bit of a mixed experience. My wife appreciated the lower shower head since it made it easy to avoid getting her hair wet. As someone who is 6 feet tall, though, having the shower head at about chest height made for a pretty awkward shower. Despite the clearly posted "No Smoking" signs, there was a noticeable smell of smoke, so it didn't seem like the policy was being enforced very well. One thing I did genuinely like was the QR code for room service. It was convenient, easy to use, and a nice modern touch. Overall, it wasn't the worst motel I've stayed in, but between the uncomfortable bed, the smoking issue, and the lackluster service, I don't see myself choosing this location again.

Staff were very helpful, motel is run down but rooms were very well put together… quiet area with all needed amenities and restaurants within 2 min drive.

It was clean. Very basic, but since the room was cheap I wasn't disappointed. I o ly needed the room to sleep. The only thing I have a semi negative comment about, is- i am 5 from 2 and I was taller than the shower lol

Very clean room but very basic. Good value for one nite stay in that area but zero extra benefits.

Checked-in late at night, but the staff was readily available to assist us, which is not always the case at some places. Props to them on this one. The room did not have a microwave or a fridge, but there was a microwave next to the ice machines, which is a great effort to make up for it. The TV options were slim, but we made it work.
