Motel 6 Palatine, IL - Chicago Northwest

My room was very clean and the carpeting in the halls looked new. It is very basic, but I was comfortable, had no complaints, and slept well.

For the money I paid It should have been included I'm a platinum member I'm supposed to receive the best

The staff was kind and good value for the motel. There were roaches in room 169 :/

The AC rattled very badly that I didnt turn it on as much as possible. Then the outside of the property had the typical garbage, and it was not maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful.

I was forced to vacate the unit due to credible death threats made against me by an occupant living next door. The property manager was notified of the situation. Prior to my departure, the neighboring occupant physically assaulted both me and my service dog. Due to concerns for my safety and wellbeing, I had no choice but to leave the premises

Location The stayed many days and they never cleaned my room I asked for good pillows and they ignored me. It was discusting

Roaches in the room, and air conditioning did not work.

There were ants in the room.

It was too cheap lol It smelled like mold

Quiet No microwave or fridge in room and also roaches there was bugs running around in bathroom at night when turn on light will not be staying here again

Price Sheets to thin staff don’t have extra on hand and guests are freezing pillows need new ones these are flat

Good bedding.

You pay for what you get. I guess. Didn’t realize anything under $70 is just not a great experience nowadays. It wasn’t clean. The staff was nice at least.

There was poop on the ceiling. A plastic baggy was tied around the smoke detector. The entire hotel smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Really unfortunate that I had to stay because there wasn’t a cancellation and the front desk person was rude
