Weird smell.

This is an older property and it shows. We visited during summer and the primary problem was the that the A/C was insufficient to cool and dehumidify. Air was slightly humid in the rooms. The A/C in the fitness center did not work at all. There was no way to clean gym equipment. The rooms were relatively clean but humidity can result in that sharp odor in bathrooms … it was evident around shower and toilet. It was cheap though and we needed two rooms for our family so it seemed worth the trade off. I would book again in cooler months. Will avoid in summer.

Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend it to others.

Very noisy both nights. Children running in halls and screaming. Someone was smoking weed in the building. Terrible smell in halls. Sidewalks and grounds not well maintained.

I was very happy with this place the staff is very nice very helpful I would have lied to complementary breakfast but that was okay the rooms are clean

Comfortable bed. Internet works well. Air-conditioning OK self controlled. Breakfast with lots of choices, hot and cold. Lots of free parking. Rooms are cleaned every day. Quite neighbor.

Just check the fridges on each room mine was not working but everything was excellent 👌

Blackout shade was nice and staff was super helpful. Microwave available in lobby.

Decent property, good location (for my purposes) but the property is at the beginning stages of being thread worn. Once gain, nothing wrong but it doesn't show like a newer property. I'd return on another visit.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Adding the on-line breakfast option was well worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my spouse book this room because we are excited for a kid's free trip to Chicago. Upon checking in the room, they told us it was a good spot for romantic couples. When we pulled in, we thought it was a rundown motel, they have no amenities as a spa, like they say, we had to argue with the lady at the front desk, two different ladies to get our breakfast. That was included with it. And then they charge just extra on top at check. In and didn't even tell us why. So we had to go back to the front desk and ask, this is a two story hotel, and the pitchers look nothing like it was. This is not a resort scene at all.My courtyard was booked on the room and I paid extra to have a courtyard room which I was staring at the back of a restaurant and a freeway. The whole time it was a great vacation.Otherwise, but the room was super disappointing

Everything was super clean, smelled good, great location for where I needed to be. Will stay again in the future!

Towels are thin and old. Did not use the shampoo and conditioner and soap in shower. I wasn’t sure ihow long it has been settling there. Stayed there bcoz it was convenient to my aunts nursing home.

Room was clean, but there was food left in fridge. Couldn’t get much water to come from shower head. No fan in bathroom causes room to be extremely hot with fogged mirror. No good lighting by mirror in room to put on make-up when husband was taking shower.
-
Great location with plenty of food options nearby or within driving distance. The front desk was super helpful and friendly, would for sure stay again
-
Exceptional check in. Well lit and safe parking lot. Clean indoor pool area. Spatious and very clean room and bathroom. Quiet.

After checking in and entering our assigned room, another guest was already staying there — a half-naked older man was inside the room and told us to get out. We had to go back downstairs and get reassigned to another room immediately. In the second room, I ordered pizza and beer, only to discover the room was infested with ants crawling all over the table and food area. My pizza became covered in ants and had to be thrown away completely. I then tried to shower, just to find out the bathtub shower was out of order, forcing us to move rooms AGAIN in the middle of the night. As compensation, the hotel promised us a late checkout until 1 PM the next day. Unfortunately, the nightmare continued the following morning. At 8 AM, while we were asleep, housekeeping opened the door and walked directly into our room without permission. We told them we did not need housekeeping since we were only staying ONE NIGHT. Then at 10 AM, another housekeeper attempted to enter again. At 11 AM, a male housekeeper knocked on the door once more — even though normal checkout time was 12 PM and we had already been promised late checkout until 1 PM. When we said we still did not need housekeeping, HE ASKED WHAT TIME AM I BE LEAVING?? I have never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping starts disturbing guests from 8 AM for a one-night stay. Because of the constant interruptions, we were unable to sleep properly at all. When we explained everything to the front desk and asked if we could extend checkout slightly because of all the issues, the staff responded rudely with: “You already seem dissatisfied with our hotel, so I don’t think you’d want to stay any longer anyway.” That level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. We also submitted a refund request through Booking.com, but it has now been over a month with absolutely no response from either the hotel or the platform.
