Location, comfortable,clean My reservation was made through Booking.com in January of this year and was paid in full with my American Express card. My stay was for August 15th and 16th. When I checked in, the receptionist told me that my reservation showed as unpaid. I showed her my confirmation as well as the charge on my credit card, but she did not know what was going on and called the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was even less helpful. He simply repeated what the receptionist had already told me: that according to their system, the reservation was not paid and that it was not their problem. He told me to contact Booking.com, turned around, and walked away, leaving me to deal with the problem on my own. As a manager, what exactly is he there for if he cannot resolve a problem for a guest? I contacted Booking.com, and they confirmed that the reservation had been fully paid. They explained that the hotel had already been paid by Booking.com through a virtual credit card, but the hotel had apparently not processed the charge correctly. Booking.com actually had to call the hotel themselves and explain to them what they needed to do. In the end, I had to resolve the situation myself. The manager’s only response was a simple apology. This was extremely poor customer service, especially from the hotel manager. A manager should be there to assist guests and resolve problems, not dismiss them and walk away.

It was close enough to the AT&T stadium that I could walk there There was food in my room’s fridge when I got there, idk how long it had been there but it smelled old, the door to the room didn’t close properly unless you used a lot of force, and the shower door didn’t want to stay closed

Clean room. Close walking distance to stadiums for football games, baseball games, and concerts. Convenient breakfast and dinner options so you don’t have to leave the hotel to eat your meals. Staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again!
