My review has to do with the hotel and room itself. Now the room - I booked a 2 room suite with a “sofa bed” fully expecting a pull out sofa bed but we were met with just a sofa…we removed all the cushions and even tried to pull out the bottom cushions but nothing - the room itself is amazing and as spacious as can be. I have to say the glass shower doors are my favorite. The bathroom door itself doesn’t meet the threshold flush so the door won’t close properly, you’ll have to lock the first door to the washroom. Around night 4 of our 7 day stay my wife said she did end up seeing a massive cockroach the size of her thumb which crawled into the door frame before I could catch a glimpse… Breakfast buffet - I only stay at Marriot hotels during my out of town stays and have to admit this was VERY underwhelming.. no waffle maker for the kids and they shuffled the same 3 dishes every day.. Outdoor pool - I don’t know if it’s the day we choose and they were doing pool maintenance but they encouraged us to go in anyway… pool as MURKY and cloudy (which explains pool maintenance)… we didn’t go in right at 9AM but closer to 1PM so I was surprised they were adding chemicals and stuff to the pool then. WiFi - TERRIBLE. If you want to use the tv or personal device after 2pm GOOD LUCK. I wasn’t able to get any work done during this trip as it was a split work and family vacation trip..

Loved it ❤️❤️❤️the lady at the desk is so helpful and nice. My kids absolutely adored her. The room and property were so nice. Breakfast was very good too. Will definitely stay her again

It’s close if you’re going to six flags. The inside of the room was clean and spacious , but the outside could use some major improvement! I wouldn’t stay here again if in the area.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent! Enjoyed the workout room also. Staff was cheerful and friendly, and very helpful!

Whenever we checked in and got to our room there was a dead roach in the kitchen. Our room had a weird smell to it, musty smell. We had a problem getting a picture on the tv and maintenance had to come and replace a cable. The pool needed to be cleaned and def needs to have some work done to it as well as the area around the pool. I will say the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Nice lobby area. Simple breakfast but sufficient. Our kids loved the pool and basketball court. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing, so helpful.

The administration was horrible they told me if they want dont want give me my room just becuase they are busy

Close to stadium for soccer match. It was very weathered. Didn’t smell fresh, an old place that needs upgrading.

Room was clean, everything worked as needed. Breakfast was good. Property was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Walking distance to the ballpark.

Great Staff! Lovely room! The only issue was the WIFI. I had to use my hotspot for work.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. They have a flat rate $50 charge per stay. Our room was exceptionally clean, with no signs of previous pets. We liked that the rooms had laminate floors, no carpets! Our 2 bedroom suite was huge.
