Sheraton Arlington Hotel

The location was excellent and fit well with our plans during our visit to Arlington. The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. Our room, while not large, was certainly comfortable & clean. The weekend of our stay was the last weekend in existence for this hotel, as it was sold to another group. Because of this many of the facilities had either limited or no availability. They were moving items out of the hotel during the entire length of our stay & I had to practically beg for a bell cart to bring my things down from the 14th floor. I also noticed that rooms were being booked at a far cheaper rate online that weekend than what I paid when I booked months in advance. There were no staff members to be seen anywhere when we left. NOT. A. SINGLE. ONE.

My husband and I had our wedding reception nearly 22 years ago at the Sheraton (Plaza on the Hill). When I heard the city is tearing it down to build a new hotel in its place, I made a reservation for us to stay one more time. The breakfast buffet with cooked-to-order omelette was fantastic. José was our server and he was top tier. Dee at the front desk was fantastic as well. Sad to see workers dismantling rooms for tear down. The pool has been drained already.

Very good and the staff were excellent TV control did not work. Building was old and a little "run down" in appearance

Could not get the heat to work even after turning thermostat to 80 degrees

The beds were comfortable. The view was nice. The downstairs restaurant/bar closed really early. There was water throughout the parking lot as if there was a flood.

Clean The added the food vouchers onto the price but nobody was here in the kitchen. So I feel like the price should have been cheaper. Avoid this hotel during the holidays if you get the suite.

I had an amazing stay from start to finish. The day was truly wonderful and the service made it even better. Jo at the front desk went above and beyond - She did an outstanding job checking me in and out and made sure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism, kindness and attention to detail really stood out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was absolutely great! Located close to everything that I wanted to go to. Nothing at all.

Convenient location to AT&T stadium The front desk staff was very rude

My experience with the Sheraton hotel is, no matter where I stay, from the Maui Sheraton, to this Sheraton hotel, every single time I stay there, I am bound to having a very excellent sleep, very good breakfast, close to all the amenities and an awesome bar/restaurant inside the hotel. What more could a person ask for, other than the hotel staff being way high of a caliber of people. Wait, all of them were extremely helpful and kind. ALL of them. I couldn't stay longer on my holiday or vacation.

Located within walking distance to AT&T Stadium. Nice room, comfy bed, super nice staff, and a good breakfast buffet
