Dirty, filthy, filled with roaches

Do not go there very terrible staff

There's no plug for the tub (room121 atleast) it had a very slow drain. They advertise breakfast but it's a contenental bag given with nothing you would eat. Renovation going on till 2am. Had to complain to front desk for it to stop. I don't understand why you would put someone in the room directly under all that noise. Was told I could leave but they don't give refunds. Suffering for 4 days, worst vacation ever.

The unit was very nasty, did not feel comfortable taking off my shoes. The furniture and appliances were old. The toilet did not work or even flush.

Location Breakfast was a few prepackaged items and a caprisun and water in a bag. No hot or unlimitied food. Room was generally dirty, not swept probably ever, nothing wiped, bathtub, countertops. Bed was the hardest ive slept on but im ok with that

The bed and other facilities were clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed to find a cockroach in my room. In addition, breakfast was not served in a buffet style as I had expected; instead, the food was simply packed in bags and left out, which was quite disappointing.

I found out it wasn’t the best neighborhood but the hotel was great for the price. I can’t say anything negative about it.

It was close to six flags and hurricane harbor It was dirty, couch, hair dryer and tv were broke, floor was messed up

Nothing to like about this property. It was the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in and I left within 30 minutes of entering that room. The room smells were horrible! The furniture was worn and my kids didn’t want to put anything anywhere because they were so scared of the look and smell

Friendly staff Over priced

It didn't appear like in the app all clean and nice. We fund dead roaches and other bugs due to having to buy own cleaning supplies to stay our extended stay. Never again! Staff was not welcoming my son had to use the restroom before checking in and they would allow him we had to go to the store up the street and come back to check in. We stayed 6 night horrified .

Location clean quiet served our purpose will book agsin Small, but very affordable so cant complain

The staff were friendly The room was dark n dingy. The phone didn’t work. It was not well kept. Had to ask for the room be cleaned twice. It had roaches.
