I think this hotel served its purpose for us. The location was great and super convenient. However, we got a room key to a room that was already occupied (awkward!!) upon check in. We then were welcomed by a live roach in our (new) room. The tub drain was very poor, likely clogged. Also what made me giggle was for a double queen room, we only received 2 bath towels so when we asked for more they said we had to turn our current ones in to receive more. At the end of the day, this hotel was just ok - like I said, served its purpose but glad I wasn’t there long.

This is one of those hotels that I stay at every now and then, I like it because it’s pretty spacious rooms and even though it’s pretty close to the highway, it’s very quiet. The shower pressure is great and it feels like money well spent. Of all the times I’ve been there, I’ve never tried the breakfast… I believe it’s a dine in, but I’m not sure. But the price I really feel like you can’t beat it. It’s about a mile away from the baseball stadium and all those little areas around it, so I would say that’s convenient for someone staying out of town for a Rangers game.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room was very damp and the shower head wasn’t working. They also didn’t provide any soap. The whole hotel had a very bad smell.
-
Something simple for the quick trip we had
-
Bathroom had no soap but other than that very quiet environment.

The lady at the front desk, I can’t remember her name, was friendly. She made us feel welcome. We stayed one night to go see The Rangers game. The trolley does pick up and this hotel, which is convenient. We will definitely stay again we are in Arlington.

The property looked great on the outside. The problem is we arrived at 10:30 pm. Check-in seemed fine; everything was great until we got to our room. That’s when we used the restroom and saw one of the largest cockroaches I’ve seen, along with several others. (I have video.) We then went back to the front desk and let them know, and they gave us another room. Not 15 minutes after we’re in our new room, I realized I had left my personal belongings in the room with the roaches. I went back to the front desk and let them know. The hotel employee proceeded to walk me up to the room to retrieve my property while talking on the phone with another employee. I overheard in their conversation, "What should I do?" I then asked that employee, “What’s going on?” She then said they already gave the room to someone else. I said, “Well, we’re going anyway; it’s my property." She then followed me upstairs to the room. I’m knocking on the door. I can see the light in the peephole covering up off and on, so I know someone is in there looking out at me. I’m yelling through the door, “My propeI stand there knocking and talking loudly for a good 2-3 minutes. I stand there knocking and talking loudly for a good 2-3 minutes. Finally, I ask the employee, “What are we going to do about this?” She says I will have to wait until noon the next day to retrieve my belongings. Unacceptable!!

Location was amazing. Elevator was out of service for few days. Very inconvenient having to use the stairs for luggages.
-
Not supposed to pay a deposit with hotel engine but they wouldn’t give me my room without.
-
Was not disappointed at all, very nice and clean.

This is a great place to stay. It is close to all the sports venues and is a quiet hotel. We have stayed there many times.

I don't know what I did but I must have booked the executive room but it was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in is very clean and very nice architecturally I will stay there again

My room at 4 points Sheraton was pretty terrible. The bed my wife and I stayed in was worn out to the point that we both rolled into the middle of the bed. The room smelled like cleaning products. At first, we thought the smell would fade throughout our stay but it didnt. It was so potent that we couldn't sleep through the smell. The walls were showing signs of mold. The bathroom fixtures were almost all broken or loose. And there was hair left on the wall in the shower. I asked for a refund when checking out but no manager was on duty. I expected to hear something back the next day but didn't. I will be calling them the hotel to file a formal complaint.

Nice hotel close to Globe life stadium, very convenient for us, would highly recommend

4 Points is a good hotel but don’t count on the public transportation and plan on paying $50 to $80 to park near Globe Life Park on gameday.
