Location was amazing. Elevator was out of service for few days. Very inconvenient having to use the stairs for luggages.
-
Not supposed to pay a deposit with hotel engine but they wouldn’t give me my room without.
-
Was not disappointed at all, very nice and clean.

This is a great place to stay. It is close to all the sports venues and is a quiet hotel. We have stayed there many times.
-
I don't know what I did but I must have booked the executive room but it was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in is very clean and very nice architecturally I will stay there again

My room at 4 points Sheraton was pretty terrible. The bed my wife and I stayed in was worn out to the point that we both rolled into the middle of the bed. The room smelled like cleaning products. At first, we thought the smell would fade throughout our stay but it didnt. It was so potent that we couldn't sleep through the smell. The walls were showing signs of mold. The bathroom fixtures were almost all broken or loose. And there was hair left on the wall in the shower. I asked for a refund when checking out but no manager was on duty. I expected to hear something back the next day but didn't. I will be calling them the hotel to file a formal complaint.

I appreciate the front desk staff, she assisted me in revising my reservation.
-
Nice hotel close to Globe life stadium, very convenient for us, would highly recommend

4 Points is a good hotel but don’t count on the public transportation and plan on paying $50 to $80 to park near Globe Life Park on gameday.

This was a really nice hotel. The elevator to our room seemed way out of the way. It was a pretty long walk. The room was super nice, BUT the bed was horribly squeaky. I also noticed a bug crawling on the night stand. The shower floor was not clean, it had hair all in it. One of the smaller issues was when I made a cup of coffee, I found that the lid didn’t fit the cups. Other than those few things, it was a pretty good stay.

The main problem we had is the wifi. None of our devices would remain connected for more than 30 minutes. Once kicked offline, the device could not reconnect. This was a big unexpected problem. The room was very nice as was the staff. Convenience to entertainment (six flags, baseball, futbol) was great. Fix the dang wifi and this place would be great.

Room was good ac was perfect
-
The staff was super awesome!! The sweet lady working the front desk even let us stay later in the pool, which was great!! Everyone there was so respectful and kind!!
-
My key card kept locking me out and the breakfast was overpriced but the staff helped me with the key card with no problem and the trolley was super convenient for my six flags day.

Excellent and super clean
-
Room was clean just a couple bits of dirt in the floor, headboard needed to be replaced it was worn and cracked, easy to check in and out.
-
Worst hotel property I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were completely rude and unprofessional, room service was knocking at our door at 9am when checkout is at 12, they charged my card twice, never again.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and you can’t beat the location if you’re going to a game or Six Flags. However there were tons of bugs! Encountered at least 15 in a day and a half before I couldn’t take it anymore and asked to change rooms. It was much better in the next room. The first room was near an exit door, so I assume that was a contributing factor. There were also large roaches in the hallway. The staff were apologetic and helpful, so I appreciate them so much. The bar/restaurant also is not open on Sundays and Mondays, and there is not much space to sit elsewhere if you are staying with multiple families. I will not be staying there again.
