4 Points is a good hotel but don’t count on the public transportation and plan on paying $50 to $80 to park near Globe Life Park on gameday.
-
four points was in a good location and only 1 mile from Texas Rangers Stadium that you can walk to game and trolley back. they pool was nice and clean. That breakfast is not included in the rate to stay; you have to pay $14 per person if you wanted to eat breakfast there. we did not eat breakfast there as we thought this was pricey to pay for breakfast, we found other diners that had homemade breakfast and was much cheaper to eat out.

This was a really nice hotel. The elevator to our room seemed way out of the way. It was a pretty long walk. The room was super nice, BUT the bed was horribly squeaky. I also noticed a bug crawling on the night stand. The shower floor was not clean, it had hair all in it. One of the smaller issues was when I made a cup of coffee, I found that the lid didn’t fit the cups. Other than those few things, it was a pretty good stay.

I love everything about that place and the staff are so friendly informative and helpful. N/A

The main problem we had is the wifi. None of our devices would remain connected for more than 30 minutes. Once kicked offline, the device could not reconnect. This was a big unexpected problem. The room was very nice as was the staff. Convenience to entertainment (six flags, baseball, futbol) was great. Fix the dang wifi and this place would be great.

The staff was super awesome!! The sweet lady working the front desk even let us stay later in the pool, which was great!! Everyone there was so respectful and kind!!
-
My key card kept locking me out and the breakfast was overpriced but the staff helped me with the key card with no problem and the trolley was super convenient for my six flags day.

Excellent and super clean
-
Room was clean just a couple bits of dirt in the floor, headboard needed to be replaced it was worn and cracked, easy to check in and out.
-
Worst hotel property I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were completely rude and unprofessional, room service was knocking at our door at 9am when checkout is at 12, they charged my card twice, never again.
-
The staff were very nice and helpful, and you can’t beat the location if you’re going to a game or Six Flags. However there were tons of bugs! Encountered at least 15 in a day and a half before I couldn’t take it anymore and asked to change rooms. It was much better in the next room. The first room was near an exit door, so I assume that was a contributing factor. There were also large roaches in the hallway. The staff were apologetic and helpful, so I appreciate them so much. The bar/restaurant also is not open on Sundays and Mondays, and there is not much space to sit elsewhere if you are staying with multiple families. I will not be staying there again.

We love this hotel. We stay here every time we come to Dallas

Clean and convenient to everything Arlington. Staff was courteous and the breakfast at the grille was great. Would stay here again.

Great very comfy bed and nice ac

It’s roach season in Texas. The maintenance had the people come to spray the room. We had a roach come in from outside the lobby. The sheets had yellow stains. While convenient and nice, this drop down the comfort level and sleep loss. The bed was not comfortable. Maybe it’s time for a new mattress as well. The staff was helpful and courteous. This was in the disability room 105.

Friendly staff WiFi was a bit slow A very nice property; will stay again
