Parking is pricey but overall ok.

We asked for toilet paper and tissue paper and they never arrived The air conditioner controller was making a lot of sounds I was told by the receptionist at check in that we have $50 credit per day as it is confirmed on the booking.com app. however when I tried to use it, the receptionist at the time told me that there is no credit for me and I didn’t get to use any of my credit.

Breakfast food was just poor quality, everything out of a box. Then I ordered wings on Saturday night at the Bar and they came-out raw. Service was great.

All staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. Pool was welcome. Hotel is tired several things were either not working or not working properly. To be fair hotel did provide a rebate but given the cost in the first place it's the least they could have done.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and the room was a good size with all amenities. There was not much to do outside of the property, you had to get an Uber.

The hotel needs a significant upkeep. The plumbing is poor. The water pressure is poor. Overall, it is well located to Six Flags AT&T Stadium, the accommodations need significant upkeep. On a positive note, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

TV: I have never seen such a bad quality TV, very blurry and over saturated colors (too vibrant) and no way to fix that. Like every hotel these days, the bed had only 1 layer, a comforter which only works for one small low temperature range (~65F) and the room was not in that range, so I sweat all night and don't sleep well. All this for a price that was way way too high due to the world cup overcharging. (P.S. I did not report any of the issues to the front desk, I did not want to deal with it, I shouldn't have to).

Hotel is not far from stadium. Decent pool. Breakfast service and provision a bit basic and getting food in restaurant not slick. Front desk helpful. Overall good for six flags and stadiums. probably short staffed on food and beverage side.

Clean room

Preston who was the front desk manager was amazing. The two individuals who were often at the front desk in the evening were rude and not helpful.

I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast to comfortable sleeping woke up at check out Everything was fine

Nice people. Located perfectly for a variety of entertainment. I was in a handicap room. But the tub:shower wasn’t a walk in.

The room next to us had a party in their room and it was extremely loud until close to 3 in the morning.

No internet,wanted to charge me for internet,food was cold at the restaurant, uneatable
