The most efficient and pleasant staff regardless of the shift. I felt welcomed all the time. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and appeared to like their job. The staff made the stay the best.

For the amount of money I payed it wasn't worth it. FIRST, they don't clean your rooms I was booked for 5 days and not 1 time was my room cleaned not even trash. Our towels and rags or sheets wasn't switch out we had to down downstairs and ask for towels, they told us to bring our old was down and they'll switch it out other than that if we didn't ask twice we wouldn't get them. Toilet had water stains in it. We had to request toilet paper everytime they only give you 1. So we brought our own. For 3 days our lock to enter our room was messed up. They switched the locks out our 4th day and the new key didn't work when we came back. And the air conditioning system im not going to talk about that JUST GHETTO This hotel is crap I will not be staying here at all.. ya'll need to do better.

The property is very outdated and smelled like weed in all the hallways

The room was clean but the toilet was not the cleanest when you lifted the seat up. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was nice. The room was very warm when we first checked in but it was also very hot outside, it did cool off in the room that evening. The check in process was slow, I think because there was only 1 person at first and check in time being at 4 there were several of us checking in at once for a concert. It would be better if they allowed a check in time at 3 like standard hotels.

A/C controls just said heat. Not cool. But it still cooled. Coffee maker leaked all the water I put in the night before all over the counter. No breakfast. Just not the greatest but serviceable.

It smelled of pot. They didn’t have a record of our reservation. It was dirty and poorly lit. The front desk staff appeared incapacitated

I enjoyed my stay room was clean. The ac was cold and shower was hot.

Hotel was quiet and peaceful which was excellent
