Room was in terrible condition

Staff would not hold luggage past 12:00 noon. Only hotel where I have heard that. Every other place they do. Front desk suggested leaving luggage in vehicle and there were signs in parking garage NOT to leave valuables in car.

The bathtub was backed up and for some reason the paint was coming off the tub not worth a four or five star

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Arlington. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. One of the best things about this hotel was its location—it was so close to the stadium, making it incredibly convenient to attend events without worrying about traffic or parking. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Arlington.

Not bad

bathroom door is damaged, A/C face wasn't connected, shower was loose and had to hold it still to take a shower, bolts are backing out on the water knob in the shower, paint chipped throughout the room, paint not finished around the toilet paper dispenser, Tuesday morning breakfast was late, I called the front desk Monday right after I checked in and had them come see it. I was told they would try and fix it the next day but that didn't happen. great water pressure, if I was crying in the back of the shower, it would have still hit me, but it is also placed so low it showers at 4ft so I had to bend down to wash my upper half while holding the sprayer so it wouldn't spray everywhere else. The fridge was running but seemed to stay warm. no to-go boxes at breakfast for working people.

Overall good hotel and location. Easy to access. Unfortunately for the guest, there was a boiler issue and no hot water available over a 24+ hour span. I may look at other options next time visiting area. Weekend rates were elevated for events going in the area. I was there for The Eagles concert. Nice shuttle service was offered by a third party business that ran to a drop zone at the ballpark.

Bathtub didn’t drain well, still had long blonde hair everywhere. Dust all over the back of the toilet.

Roaches! Need I say more?!

It's a "never again" for me. From waiting in a line for 20 minutes to check in, to the dirty run down room, to the bad elevators, to paying what we did for 1 night i expected way more, and to bring home bed bugs. We will never stay here again.

Property seemed runned down. Windows were foggy, elevator sketchy. Not filthy, but certainly not clean. I’ll look around before returning.
-
Just a very poorly ran and not keep current (mattress) Holiday Inn Express. It’s obvious MANY have stayed in that room as Six Flags, AT&T Stadium and Globe Life park are just right there. Great location…..poor upkeep of a Holiday Inn.

At checkout, I was emailed my receipt and printed it come home and not even a day later they tried charging me 50 extra dollars. I’m trying to tell me it was a readjustment on Expedia’s part.. when we called the front desk to ask about it sounded like she had already knew/this had happened before. Not sure that I would stay here again, but their rooms were decent. Beds were clean and overall inside my room was nice.

The toilet wasn’t working and the room is just very old. A stain was on the ceiling. The shower wouldn’t spray out much water. As you walked into the room it had a smell. The room didn’t looking anything like the pictures on the website. They need to update and remodel.

Room was clean, air conditioner made loud noice intermittently, bed was not comfortable this time. I stayed before, in a different room and it was great! I would definitely give them another try.

Some of the staff were very nice and friendly, but the property was kind of run down with rooms that have poorly patched up water damages, dingy blinds and bathroom tiles.
-
For $160 I thought it would look a lot more modern. Kinda looks outdated.
-
Entire hotel smelled like mildew. Took an hour to get checked in. I got charged for my room that was already pre paid for. The only bright spot was that the staff was nice.
-
It was fine
